Full-Stack Developer (Angular & Node.js) - Contract-Based

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team for a high-impact, 6-month contract engagement. This is an onsite, contract-based role based in Andheri, Mumbai. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining robust web applications, contributing directly to our core product architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular and Node.js.
• Architect and build modular backend services, secure RESTful APIs, and manage database schemas.
• Collaborate with the internal product team to deliver new features and optimize existing workflows.
• Manage complex database query optimization and indexing for high availability.
• Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.

Technical Requirements:

• Experience: 6–8+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Frontend Stack: Strong proficiency with Angular, including component architecture, RxJS, and state management.
• Backend Stack: Strong backend experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS or similar framework) and robust REST API design.
• Languages: Solid command of JavaScript and TypeScript across the entire stack.
• Database & Search: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (including schema design and query optimization) and Elasticsearch (indexing, querying, and performance tuning).
• Devops & Security: Sound understanding of security best practices (especially important in a fintech/PE context), alongside familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern testing practices.
• Soft Skills: Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and excellent problem-solving skills.

sJob Description for Purchase Engineer

Purchase Engineer will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and

managing vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Source Raw materials, fabrication & consumable electrical items.

 Run MRP thrice a week for optimal results.

 Raise & issue PO to supplier,

 Ensure on-time supplier delivery;

 Raise debit-note for rejected materials;

 Update stores for returning rejected materials;

 Update pending work order status/report to Suppliers;

 Reviewing, evaluating, consolidating, upgrading and approving purchase requests;

 Track price changes & prepare comparative statements;

 Craft negotiation strategies and close commercial deals with best terms;

 Ensure clear requirements documentation;

 Partner with reliable vendors and suppliers;

 Determine quantity and timing of deliveries;

 Examine & resolve shortages and quality issues; procurement delays;

 Coordinate regularly with Sales, Production, Engineering, Quality, Stores, HR & Admin,

Process & Accounts Departments;

 Maintain records/reports as per ISO requirements;

 Work non-traditional hours on weekends and holidays during exigencies;

 Identifying & recommending Suppliers;

Designation: Product Manager or Senior Product Manager :CPaaS

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to

market launch. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and

regional teams, to develop and implement effective product strategies. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in market research, competition analysis, and the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

 Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the CPaaS offerings.

 Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and

market demands.

 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

 Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications.

 Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and

business goals.

 Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and

high quality.

 Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and pain points.

 Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

 Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and improvements.

 Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning,

messaging, and pricing.

 Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure they are well-equipped to sell and

support the CPaaS products.

 Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure product offerings meet regulatory

requirements.

 Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

 Analyze product performance and customer usage data to identify areas for improvement.

 Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on product performance and

strategic initiatives.

 Engage with customers to gather feedback and build relationships.

 Act as a product evangelist, representing the CPaaS products at industry events, conferences,

and customer meetings.

 Provide support and guidance to key customers during product adoption and integration.

• Interacting with channel partners and their major end customers to solicit inputs for devising a product and price strategy to meet end user requirements
• Reviewing performance of channel partners – off take and order flow for ensuring achievement of monthly zonal targets
• Monitoring achievement of targets
• Implementing the sales strategy for the sale of product(s) in a specified area to increase turnover
• Monitoring achievement of sales targets for each CSC within the area
• Monitoring achievement of collection targets to reduce exposure to outstanding receivables
• Monitoring competitor activities in terms of their MOP, products, market share and production capacity for respective areas
• Interacting with quality/ R&D department for new product development basis customer feedback and competitor product portfolio
• Coordinating with CSC, production and dispatch teams for meeting customer order requirements within agreed timelines
• Ensuring timely payment and debt free transactions along with reconciliation of accounts
• Ensuring timely "C" Form submission and payout of performance incentives committed to channel partners

What you need to have:

• Prior experience in Channel Sales and Modern Trade 
• Experience in Paper / Packaging / Publishing Industry preferred

• 2+ years hands on experience with frameworks like react/relay/Redux/node.
• 2+ years with JS build tools like grunt,webpack,gulp etc.
• Knowledge in ES6, Webpack is a plus.
• Experience in creating web applications with delightful user experience.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Experience in TDD, Writing Clean & Readable code.
• Experience in Version control - Git.
• Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
