Project Manager RFP Telecom

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure using IaC principles.

· Develop and manage configuration management tools primarily with Chef.

· Write and maintain automation scripts in Python to streamline infrastructure tasks.

· Build, manage, and version infrastructure using Terraform.

· Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable systems.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

· Monitor infrastructure performance and provide optimization recommendations.

· Ensure compliance with best practices for security, governance, and automation.

· Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure integration.

· Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Strong hands-on experience in:

o Chef (Cookbooks, Recipes, Automation)

o Python (Scripting, automation tasks, REST APIs)

o Terraform (Modules, state management, deployments)

· Experience in AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, etc.)

· Familiarity with Windows administration and automation.

· Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, infrastructure lifecycle, and Git-based workflow

Top college graduate with experience as Ex-Founder's Office / Ex-founder/ Ex-product manager/ Ex-Sales/ EX-Customer Success profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 4+ years of experience in any of role (Ex-Founder's Office / Ex-founder/ Ex-product manager/ Ex-Sales/ Ex-Customer success) profile

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have strategic thinking and good communication skills

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have worked in startup or operator-style environments — demonstrating hands-on problem solving, building processes from scratch, and driving measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams

Mandatory (Graduation): Only IIT candidates from these IIT only (Kharagpur, Mumbai, Madras, Kanpur, Delhi, Roorkee, Guwahati)

Mandatory (Graduation Year): Candidates should have graduated in 2018 or before.

• Around 3-6 years experience in Manual testing complex applications
• Should be able to follow the defined test plan/strategy and perform test execution and report defects/track to closure
• Should be able to grasp the complex business domain fast and be agile in supporting the Product releases
• Experience using at least one defect management tool – JIRA, HP ALM, ADO etc.
• Software lifecycle management skills: understand the application development tasks and plan testing

• Should adhere to SDLC processes and Oracle standard documentation /Operating Procedures
• Develop Reports, Charts and Forms using built-in UI components
• Add HTML5 and CSS3 scripting to improve the User Interface thereby providing a better user experience
• Include custom scripting (JavaScript/JQuery/AJAX) as per the business requirement
• Prepare Test cases/reports. Perform Unit , Peer and System Testing on the same
• Inspect / Debug the code logic using the browser developer tools
• Deploy Authentication and Authorization for the modules as per requirement
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design (Not mandatory)
• Migrate application and DB objects from DEV to TEST/PROD environments.
