Role & Responsibilities

• Define and evaluate user workflows, journeys, and interaction flows for digital products
• Create low to mid-fidelity wireframes or prototypes purely for concept validation and usability testing
• Conduct usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation sessions with users
• Identify friction points, usability issues, and workflow gaps before product development
• Translate business and product ideas into testable concepts and scenarios
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to validate feasibility and improve workflows early in the lifecycle
• Iterate on workflows and concepts based on user feedback, testing insights, and behavioral observations
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve product experience and usability

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Usability / UX Testing and Validation Profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ YOE in product validation, usability testing, design thinking, or experience testing roles, working on digital products
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in designing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows for web or mobile applications
• Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong experience in creating wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have practical experience conducting usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation with users before product release
• Mandatory (Experience 5): Experience in identifying usability issues, user friction points, and iterating designs based on feedback and testing insights
• Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies
• Mandatory (Skills 2): Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions and prototypes
• Mandatory (Skills 3): Basic understanding of user behavior and usability heuristics to improve overall product experience
• Mandatory (Tools): Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools
• Mandatory (Company): Candidates from B2C consumer-facing digital product companies, fintech, e-commerce, or product-driven organizations preferred
• Mandatory (Note) - This is NOT a UI/UX Design role. We are looking for Usability / Design testing candidates who specialize in testing product concepts, validating workflows, and creating prototypes purely for experimentation and usability testing
• Preferred (Skills): Exposure to A/B testing, user research methods, design systems, or behavioral analysis is a plus

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

·       Strong understanding of Kafka concepts, including topics, partitions, consumers, producers, and security.

·       Experience with testing Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and other Kafka ecosystem components.

·       API Testing Experience

·       X-RAY and Test Automation Experience

·       Expertise with Postman/SOAP

·       Agile/JIRA/Confluence

·       Strong familiarity such as XML, JSON, CSV, Avro, etc.

·       Strong hands-on SQL, Mongo.

·       Continuous integration and automated testing.

·       Working knowledge and experience of Git.

Good-to-Have

·       Troubleshoot Kafka related issues, Strong in Kafka client configuration and troubleshooting

- The business development counselor interacts with parents or adult learners after they have taken a demo class and have experienced the product. Since these were high intent nurtured leads, There is no cold calling required. The role involves achieving weekly revenue targets by:

- Inviting parents or the adult learners to a video counseling session

- Conducting a detailed video counseling session with the decision-makers and taking them closer to their decision to purchase

- Looking at the entire sales life-cycle, starting from engaging with parents till final conversion and i.e. enrolment in the program

What we're looking for?

- We do not look for any specific degree of GPAs. We are open to all those who have a passion for sales and the zeal to grow quickly in their career.

- You should be located in Gurgaon or should be ready to locate to Gurgaon. This is a work-from-office role.

- You should be okay to work 5 days a week with a weekly off on Thursday. Saturday. Sunday are the most important days for your role as maximum customers take their counseling session on these days.

 Fresh Tele-Calling / Counseling students and providing information over the phone or by appointment at the office, regarding the suitable programs.

 Explain to students that which area belong and suggest a suitable course to them.

 Responsible for inbound & outbound calls for any educational inquiries of potential admissions.

Job location- Thane (Mumbai)

Shift time - 10.00 AM to 07.00 PM
