Work Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with designing and building web applications using Java and Angular JS

• 3+ years of experience in writing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML

• 3+ years of experience in developing application codes and unit tests in AngularJS, Java Technologies, and Rest Web Services

• 3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems

• Experience developing complex software systems from the ground up, that have been successfully delivered to customers

• Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code

• Experience using JavaScript building tools like Gulp/ Grunt etc.

• Knowledge of JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks including AngluarJS

• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs

• Experience in software processes, web services, multi-tiered systems, workflow modeling, systems testing, and enterprise application integration

Tools & Techniques:

• Strong experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational/non-relational databases

• Prepare technical requirements, software design specifications and unit test cases

• Design, code and modify webpages, from layout to function and according to the design specifications

• Upgrade, configure and debug existing web applications

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs in the system and develop solutions

• Adapt interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies

• Take ownership and responsibility of components/processes within the team

• facilitate and maintain relationships between  organization and vendors/partners
• negotiating contracts, creating standards for the vendors, and finding the best available vendors
• Good stakeholder management and 3-4 years of experience working in a similar set up where they have handled the Contract hiring piece
• Prior experience in MIS, tracking of profiles, sourcing candidates, scheduling
• Exp in Vendor management, assessing vendor performance, clearing PO’s, empanelment of vendors and creating SOP’s.
• Establishing the process (create a flow chart on process and circulate to all businesses)

Work with real customers of the SaaS platform to better the design and advocate for users’ needs.

Typical work week look like:

• Research- Conducting user research, client interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs; studying data patterns that highlight these using prospecting tools for performing Client-need Analysis, track their pain-points to develop a reach-out strategy.

• Ideation and Brainstorming- Brainstorming and designing new features for our SaaS platform based on research, tech requirements, and feature requests. Lots of white-boarding, paper scribbles, and ideas!

• Dev Support- Communicating with web developers, including providing input on any needed digital enhancements

• Manage the Brand Guidelines and Visuals- Designing and managing the information architecture for the marketing website and product, drafting information flows and designing wireframes, mockups and prototypes. Branding and Illustrations for OnlineSales.ai and its marketing website or any events the company will be showcased in.

Our ideal candidate should have:

• 4+ years of work experience in designing digital products or experiences

• Relevant Degree/Diploma or experience/certification in Product or Experience design

• Great understanding of user-centric design, responsive design and designing for web

• Good communication skills

• Software skills - Adobe CC or similar. Any tool you are comfortable with to design and prototype.

• Any experience in digital marketing is a plus.
