We are looking for an experienced Angular/Node.js Team Lead who can drive technical excellence, lead development teams, and ensure successful delivery of scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Angular and Node.js.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers to maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Review code, identify technical risks, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups.
• Drive the implementation of AI-powered features and integrations where applicable.
• Ensure quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of total experience in web development.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading or coordinating development teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Angular for enterprise-level frontend development.
• Proficiency in Node.js for scalable backend development.
• Advanced knowledge of MySQL database design and optimization.
• Strong experience in REST API development and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with:

• Experience working with MVC architecture.

We’re building a smart assistant that ingests client docs (bank statements, payslips, loan summaries) and uses modular AI agents to extract, classify, and summarize financial data in minutes, not hours. Think OCR + AI agents + compliance-ready outputs.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Building

As part of our early technical team, you’ll help us develop and launch our MVP. Key modules include:

• Document ingestion and OCR processing (Textract, Document AI)
• AI agent workflows using LangChain or CrewAI
• Serviceability calculators with business rule engines
• React + Next.js frontend for brokers and analysts
• FastAPI backend with PostgreSQL
• Security, encryption, audit logging (privacy-first design)

🎯 We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Python (FastAPI, OCR, LLMs, prompt engineering)
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, or similar)
• Frontend skills in React.js / Next.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud storage (AWS/GCP)
• Understanding of financial documents and data privacy best practices

Bonus Points:

• Experience with OCR tools like Amazon Textract, Tesseract, or Document AI

Job Description:

• Should have knowledge and created forms using Django. Crispy forms is a plus point.
• Must have leadership experience 
• Should have good understanding of function based and class based views.
• Should have good understanding about authentication (JWT and Token authentication)
• Django – at least one senior with deep Django experience. The other 1 or 2 can be mid to senior python or Django
• FrontEnd – Must have React/ Angular, CSS experience

• Django deployment to Azure via Docker.
• Django connection to Azure SQL.
• Django auth integration with Active Directory.
• Terraform scripts to make this setup seamless.
• Easy, proven to deployment / setup to AWS, GCP.
• Load balancing, more advanced services, task queues, etc.

Mandatory Skill set:

• Multiple solution stack development experience along with MEAN(Mongo, Express, Angular and Node)

• Python with any web framework

• Micro Services, Performance Engineering, Docker, Kubernetes, AZURE, CI/CD pipeline, , MySQL and Database design

Job Role:

• Responsible for component selection, design standardization, common library building.
