• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax and

• Good knowledge of monitoring and tracking down app crashes and bugs using advanced

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES*
FINDING TALENT

• Understanding of sourcing through databases and social media, specially LinkedIn.
• Headhunting- identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Knowledge of employer branding techniques.

ATTRACTING TALENT

• Creating recruiting strategies to attract candidates
• Sales/Customer service skills to create and post job advertisements on social media, website, newspapers etc.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
• Evaluate resumes and applications and matching them with vacancies at client companies.
• Collaborate with clients to identify future hiring needs

HIRING TALENT

• Experience using applicant tracking and recruitment marketing software.
• Assessing, screening applications and resumes
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients, regarding suitable applicants.
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
• Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client, and finally creating a shortlist of candidates for the clients.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about responsibilities, compensation and benefits

Requirements

• Years of Relevant Experience- 5+ Years of proven experience in recruiting.
• Education & Work experience** - Relevant degree in HR Management. Additional HR trainings will be a plus. Experienced in sourcing techniques.
• Software and Applications- Tech savvy with outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS / HRMS (e.g. Zoho), ATS, Ticketing System.

Cold Brew Tech is looking for a mobile app UI/UX Designer (freelance/fulltime) to craft an easy-to-use product for young first-time internet Indian users. There are a lot of open-ended questions to be answered for this user segment and we are looking for an enthusiastic mind to freely explore the possibilities.
He/She will lead efforts in building excellent and intuitive application design. Being one of the early team members will allow him/her to work with the founding team to shape and build the product from scratch.

Responsibility

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the product team and front-end engineer
Design graphical user interface, elements and illustrations for young Indian users
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the app looks like
Lead user research on the design front and thrive for more intuitive user flow and elements. Incorporate changes in the design based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Requirements

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer of mobile applications or similar role
Portfolio of design projects
Mastery of design tools (e.g. Sketch and InVision)
Team spirit; good communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Should have experience into conducting Demonstrations, POC.  Excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate solution concepts via visual representations. Fluent in English.  Ability to manage customer expectations and work independently on project assignments.  Should be in a quota driven role currently. It would be nice if you have:  To have understanding of IT security domain like Encryption, DLP, Information Classification, SAML, AD, LDAP etc.  Knowledge of other technologies like Document Management Systems, ERP (SAP etc.), APIs.  A certification in the knowledge areas related to information security, business process management or IT infrastructure would be a PLUS.
