Job Description:

As a Social Media Executive at Jenya, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms. You’ll play a crucial role in engaging with our online community, creating impactful content, and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

•   Manage and create content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok and others.

•   Monitor social media trends and industry news to stay up-to-date and relevant.

•   Analyze social media metrics and performance data, adjusting strategies as needed.

•   Engage with followers and customers through comments, messages, and posts.

•   Collaborate with other teams (content, design, marketing) to ensure consistency and effectiveness in campaigns.

•   Create and manage social media advertising campaigns.

•   Track competitors' social media presence and strategies to identify new opportunities.

• You will work on a small, core team alongside other engineers and business leaders throughout Cambridge with the following responsibilities:
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to design and build operational AI solutions for client engagements.
• Identify relevant data sources for data wrangling and EDA
• Identify model architectures to use for client business needs.
• Build full-stack data science solutions up to MVP that can be deployed into existing client business processes or scaled up based on clear documentation.

Requirements

• To fit the bill, you must have good exposure to managing the Training and Recruitment function independently with senior stakeholders.
