Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with extensive experience in Ruby on Rails to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend technologies and best practices, as well as a passion for creating robust and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend systems using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby programming language.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they integrate with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Education:

• Should have experience in defining automation test strategy.
• Knowledge in Banking digital applications testing is a plus
• Experience working with NoSQL databases like Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL
• Experience working on Kubernetes Containerized infrastructure is a big plus
• Exposure to Microservices based architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD / Code Coverage / Static Code analysis Tools
• Nice to have experience with non-functional testing like load testing, security testing etc.

Should have deep knowledge in Laravel framework.

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our Team in Bangalore. This is hands-on position. Your focus will be as a ‘force-multiplier’, coaching, mentoring and acting as an escalation point for the Engineers within your area.
