🔧 Core Responsibilities :

• Lead architecture design and development for scalable enterprise-level applications.
• Own and manage all aspects of technical development and delivery.
• Define and enforce best coding practices, architectural guidelines, and development standards.
• Plan and estimate the end-to-end technical scope of projects.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure CI/CD, and implement TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Mentor and lead individual contributors and small development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Product, and QA.
• Engage in high-level and low-level design (HLD/LLD), solutioning, and cloud-native transformations.

🛠️ Required Technical Skills :

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging/event streaming platforms
• Proficiency in cloud platforms – AWS and Azure (must-have)
• Exposure to frontend technologies (nice-to-have)
• Solid understanding of HLD, system architecture, and design patterns
• Good grasp of DevOps concepts, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Agile/Lean development, Pair Programming, and Continuous Integration practices
• Polyglot mindset is a plus (Scala, Golang, Python, etc.)

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience in programming/scripting languages and frameworks in at least two Node.js, Java Springboot, and Python.
• Understanding of architectural patterns like Flux and MVC is a desirable
• Work experience in REST API service, Socket connections, and mechanisms to handle real-time async data is important.
• Strong knowledge in OOPS, GIT, SQL/nonSQL DB (such as Elastic DB, Mongo DB, MySQL), Design Patterns
• Preferred to have experience with microservices, API gateway, AAA service
• Good knowledge of coding standards, design patterns, unit testing frameworks, TDD, CI/CD practices.

Must have previous experience in leading a team-

• Experience with RESTful web services, CSS, and HTML5 is desirable-
• Experience with designing and building APIs with REST/Microservices
• Good to know about AWS Lambda & supporting configuration knowledge. Knowledge of any of the serverless frameworks like Serverless, AWS SAM would be an advantage.-
• Good to know of API Gateway and CloudFront.-

• 5 years of experience as Java/Jee Developer, Springboot

• Experience in Hibernate, relational databases and sql.
• Experience in Rest API development.
• Experience in implementation of Jasper Reports

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Proven working experience in backend app development and experience with Node JS.  
• Build advanced ecommerce backend applications for the multiple client platforms (both React and Android).  
• Understanding of design principles and good architecture patterns.  
• Proper Data Structures and Algorithm knowledge is a must.  

• Graph QL and Apollo Server knowledge.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work with outside data sources and APIs like the one of Unicommerce.  
• Create Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.  
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.  
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.  

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.  
• Have a good understanding of CI/CD tools (any).  
• Robust knowledge of popular databases like MongoDB, Elastic Search, DynamoDB, Redis etc;  
• Knowledge about AWS Services like EC2, Lambda, Kinesis, Redshift, S3 is super plus.

• 2 + years of software development experience utilizing Java based frameworks and technologies to build enterprise grade product solutions.
• 2+ years of experience designing, developing and documenting RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of concepts/technologies like Spring MVC, Spring boot, J2EE, EJB, application/API security, API governance/gateway platforms like apigee or kong.
• Good understanding of RDMS concepts and development preferably using MS SQL Server.
• Experience using test automation technologies like cucumber, selenium is a big plus.
• Partner with scrum masters to address technical blockers/impediments to progress.
• Prior experience working with agile scrum-based development methodology. Participate in sprint planning and estimate development efforts for features and stories.
• Partner with DevOps to install and configure/tune application containers like embedded Spring boot tomcat and webserver technologies preferably nginx or apache.
• Partner with cloud engineering group to outline the infrastructure provisioning requirements/needs for new product development.
• Design and develop CI/CD tools and process preferably using Jenkins to configure build jobs for APIs and design pipeline to promote artifacts from development all the way to production
• Experience with messaging technologies like kafka is a huge plus
• Work with Test Automation engineering team to integrate test automation scripts as part of the CI/CD process.
• Prior proven experience of utilizing and productionizing container/container orchestration technologies like Docker, kubernetes.
• Participate and Resolve issues related deployments, application performance etc.

Role and Responsibilities:

• As a backend developer, your primary focus will be the development of all server-side systems
• A basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. You will test, secure and deploy your code
• Work experience on Node.js is a must along with a server-side framework like Express.js
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Experience and proficiency integrating with REST APIs
• Understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience in working with databases such as MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.
• AgileScrum development cycle understanding.

Skills Required:

• At least 2 years of experience developing backends using NodeJS should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds.
• Good knowledge of MongoDB(Must) & any other MySQL Database.
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases.
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs.
• Knowledge and working experience in Cloud environment - AWS or Azure
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks.
