Work with the front-end and mobile app teams to ensure the written content of digital channels and platforms is of the highest standard. Own the brand voice and establish messaging direction in every execution. Draft, statements, briefings and written communication for the Happay ensuring high level of consistency, accuracy, content and presentation for a wide variety of audiences. Translate creative direction and creative briefs into engaging and effective messaging and copy concepts. Produce content for marketing-related efforts including promotional material, presentations, and marketing collateral. Create content for case studies, executive summaries, customer proposals & PRs to be used in marketing and business development. Requirements & skills Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university program with an emphasis on communications, advertising or other related field. Minimum 2 yrs of experience in managing in-product content, microcopy & notifications Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for diverse channels and audiences and a good grasp of narrative (writing samples will be asked of you during screenings) Good understanding of graphic design and an appreciation of the relationships between textual, visual and functional elements. High impact and influence. Self-critical and self-correcting. Able to handle a high volume of ideas to be executed in agile manner.
