Job Title : Window System Administrator

Experience: 4 to 6 in Relevant Experience

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

·      Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure services, settings, directories, storage etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.

·      Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the availability of all server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of schedules jobs.

·      Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.

·      Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 environments.

·      Install and Upgrade Citrix DaaS farms; design and plan CVAD environments and develop infrastructure the Citrix farm runs on.

·      Administer, Monitor, Maintain, Update Citrix DaaS & all Citrix VDA's associated with the Citrix environment.

·      Manage and Upgrade VCenter, VMs, Host Storage, Templates & Clusters. Coordinate with vendors and VM Troubleshooting.

·      Design, develop, manage, and support AWS based Solutions.

·      Manage client’s private cloud computing environment by monitoring usage, updating software, and troubleshooting issues.

·      Provide escalation support per request from various sources, investigate and troubleshoot issues.

·      Participate in on-call escalations for round the clock support.

Required Skills:

·      Thorough understanding of Microsoft infrastructure/applications.

·      Expert knowledge of industry standard virtualization products (Citrix/VMware).

·      AWS platform development and deployment concepts.

·      Experience in migrating on-premise solutions/applications to Cloud.

·      Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.

·      Strong documentation/reporting skills.

·      Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.

·      Capable of resolving critical issues in a time sensitive manner.

Job Description 

We are looking for a reliable Administration Executive. He will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. The administration executive will ensure smooth running of our company’s office.

• Ordering Office supplies (stationery, pantry and other inventory)
• Maintenance & repair of Assets/Laptops
• Bills & payment records.
• Supervision & Staffing of the office.
• Tracking budget expenses.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly.
• Have proven experience in the same domain.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel software and phone systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected engineer's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Maintaining UNIX user accounts and access managements,

• Good understanding of LDAP vs local IAM management.

• Setting up repositories and maintaining.

• Should be very comfortable with troubleshooting Linux-based systems on issues and failures with good grasp of the Linux command line

• Specialist knowledge in Unix Technologies – RedHat , SUSE Linux & SOLARIS.

• Good hands-on experience in parallel filesystems.

• Good understanding on basic networking technology e.g. TCPIP, ip multipathing, ip aggregation, DNS, DHCP etc.

• Comfortable exploring and testing new Open Source software systems should the need arise to solve particular problems

• Setting up and maintaining SUSE and Red hat Clusters with DRBD, Stonith and Coro sync

• Good knowledge in virtualisation/hypervisor technologies on various operating platforms e.g. VMWare, HPE Service Guard cluster

• Good understanding of the various enterprise technologies e.g. SAN, enterprise backup, enterprise monitoring etc

. • Good knowledge in handling NFS file systems and NFS servers

• Troubleshooting performance issues

• Shell, Power shell and python scripting

• Creating custom image based on the security requirements • Planning and executing security patches periodically

Education, Experience & other requirements

Ø Degree in Computer science, Information technology or any related discipline

Ø Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience into Unix server’s setup, administration, upgrading and support.

Ø Good verbal and written communication and able to manage key stakeholders i.e. project team, security, compliance and IT operations

Ø Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Linux OS administrator
• Experience with WHM / Cpanel 
• Experience working on MS Azure.
• Experience with handling domain names and registrars 
• Experience with backups 
• Knowledge of cloud and dedicated computing
• Experience in setting up OS, Web server (Apache), App server (Tomcat) and its management
• Knowledge of Data security and have implemented OS security measures, deployment of security patches/ upgrades
• Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies
• Deployment of software releases, release management

SAP Basis / HANA 

• Solution Manager/FRUN Experience with detail knowledge of how SOLMAN system is integrated with Ticketing Tools. 
• Experience in Solution Manager Technical monitoring. 
• End to end monitoring for the sap system during the changes when the monitoring is not available or until the new one is in place 
• Manage the team to get the assigned task done on time adhering the SLA. 
• Align with different stakeholders to discuss the progress of multiple tasks. 
• SPOC of Alert management team. 
• Able to solve and coordinate RCA and support during critical system behaviour.
• Audit Experience. 
• Detailed Technical experience in SAP BASIS and HANA systems administrations. 
• Experience in setting up System Replications, High Availability and Disaster recovery. 
• Possess leadership qualities. 
• Proven track record of Client handling. 
• Knowledge of SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud is desirable. 
• Coach others recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development. 
• Any Experience in SAP tools (SPC, LVM, etc.) will be advantage
• Ready to learn new technologies. 
• Should be ready to work in 24*7 shifts. 
• Any Experience ECS Managed Service Model would be added advantage
