We are seeking a highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and impact-driven Principal Product Manager with 7 to 12 years of experience to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-powered healthcare technology and data platforms.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex health data systems and scalable product solutions. You will own the lifecycle of products designed to unlock clinical insights from massive, real-world data assets (EHR, EMR, and patient-level datasets), with a strong focus on scaling GenAI, AutoML, and advanced analytics frameworks. Operating at the intersection of technology, engineering, and business growth, you will drive cross-functional alignment and build data products that ultimately optimize care delivery, predict clinical trends, and expand healthcare access.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for advanced healthcare analytics platforms, translating complex technical and clinical capabilities into intuitive, high-value user experiences.
- GenAI & AutoML Innovation: Act as the strategic product champion for next-generation AI initiatives. Conceptualize and scale GenAI tools (e.g., natural language interfaces, automated dataset generators) and AutoML pipelines to drastically reduce insight generation turnaround times.
- Lifecycle Management: Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, data science, data solutions, UI/UX, and commercial teams to deliver data ingestion, predictive ML model deployment, and visualization dashboards from scratch.
- Cross-Functional & Team Leadership: Matrix-manage or directly guide cross-functional squads of up to 15–20 engineers, data scientists, and business analysts. Champion agile product development methodologies and build internal alignment across complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Stakeholder Management & Growth: Partner with executive leadership and external clients to uncover market requirements. Support business development efforts by prototyping rapid-response solutions that secure enterprise-level contracts and partnerships.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 7 to 12 years of overall experience, with a proven track record as a Product Manager delivering complex, high-impact data science, AI, or B2B SaaS solutions within the Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, or Life Sciences domains.
- Education: MBA from a premier institute (e.g., IIM or equivalent) with a strong strategic/analytical focus, paired with a solid foundational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
- Domain & Data Expertise: Deep knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems, electronic health records (EHR/EMR), and the nuances of handling anonymized patient-level datasets (e.g., IQVIA, Optum, Truven, Komodo, or similar health data repositories).
- Technical & Analytical Acumen: * Strong familiarity with data infrastructure, machine learning pipelines, and cloud environments (Databricks, AWS, or Dataiku).
- Hands-on familiarity with analytical visualization applications (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau) and database querying (SQL, Python).
- Ability to converse deeply with data engineers and ML scientists regarding algorithmic structures, prompt engineering, and LLM implementations.
