We are seeking a motivated and energetic Process Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, initiating outbound calls, and promoting our services to potential customers. Job Responsibilities

● Conduct outbound calls during the night shift to potential leads(data given by concretio team) in USA/UK to promote our products or services, and generate appointments.

● Introduce Concretio value added services and products.

● Hands-on experience using a dialer software.

● Determines Eligibility By Comparing Client Information To Requirements.

● Bring clients appointments with the business team.

● Maintains And Improves Quality Results By Adhering To Standards And Guidelines; Recommending Improved Procedures.

● Obtains Client Information By Making Telephone Calls; Interviewing Clients; Verifying Information.

Skills Required

● Excellent English Communication Skills.

● Basic Computer Knowledge.

● Min 2 year experience in Outbound Process (US/UK).

● Cold calling experience with sales and customer support background. ● Candidate having experience in International Bpo, Telecalling, Telemarketing, Telesales, International Sales, International Voice Process etc

 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top IT talent through portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial screening calls and video interviews to assess candidate potential
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Manage and nurture candidate relationships to ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Keep track of hiring metrics like time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
• Stay updated with trends in IT hiring and recruitment strategies

 Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT or non-IT)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn IT roles and technologies
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
• Strong time management & multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or any relevant field

Job Description :

If you are a software developer, and have hands-on experience with

- Laravel and/or NodeJS

- Angular JS, VUE JS

- Mongo, MySQL

- You have built SaaS products

Roles :

- The person is responsible coding, designing and modifying web applications, from layout to -function and according to a product's specifications.

- Strive to create visually appealing applications that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.

- Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as Laravel framework, Laravel 5 Framework, PHP 7, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,

- JQuery, Angular JS, Node JS and REST APIs.

Manage the development team of the company for its Online Education Tech and Educational Universities Technology Infrastructure solutions.

Lead, nurture and motivate the team for timely and quality deliveries.
