Job Summary:  

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and managing training programs for employees or clients. You will ensure smooth execution of training sessions, coordinate with trainers, and maintain training records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions.  

- Communicate with trainers and trainees to ensure smooth execution.  

- Maintain training records and documentation.  

- Assist in the development of training materials and resources.  

- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.  

- Handle queries related to training programs.  

- Ensure compliance with company training policies.  

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).  

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.  

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  

Basic knowledge of training methodologies.  

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).  

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in coordinating training programs.  

- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).  

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple training sessions.  

• Partner with hiring managers to ensure pre-determined SLA’s and take ownership of identifying and engaging with potential future Colt employees across multiple geographies.

• Contribute ideas toward Colts online presence and brand awareness across relevant social media platforms and Colts website

• Define and coach on best practice to ensure a market-leading candidate/stakeholder experience

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully recruiting within sales and/or technology in an agency or in-house environment within your specialist territory

  • Super user of LinkedIn, Xing; Facebook, Glassdoor & Twitter (plus other regional sites as appropriate)

Job Description:

• Commercial experience using the Full stack Java Development

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary of this job (Once it moves to a full-time position of 40 hours per week), will be from $520 to $840 per month, depending on experience and competency. 
• The higher end of range will only be for prospectors with extensive professional experience as a high-quality link prospectors.
• But better than that, we have a set pay progression plan which means this can go up with time.
• And a performance incentive plan which means if you’re able to hit targets, you will also qualify for a quarterly bonus as well.
