Key Responsibilities

● Lead the entire channel sales cycle from identifying potential partners to driving recurring revenue.

● Recruit, onboard, and activate new channel partners across multiple regions and industries.

● Build and nurture strong partner relationships through structured business planning, regular engagement, and ongoing support.

● Conduct product training and sales enablement sessions to empower partners with the knowledge and tools needed for success.

● Track partner performance and ensure achievement of sales targets through regular reviews, dashboards, and performance insights.

● Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on partner requirements and success.

● Ensure adherence to commercial policies, compliance norms, and revenue-sharing structures.

● Take ownership of revenue targets for specific partner regions or verticals.

Requirements

1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2. Work Experience: 3–5 years in channel sales, partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Telecom, or Cloud Communication domains.

3. Partner Handling: Proven experience in onboarding, managing, and growing revenue through channel partners or resellers.

4. Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, indirect sales models, and partner revenue contribution metrics.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging partners and internal teams effectively.

6. Training & Enablement: Ability to conduct partner training sessions and share regular product/sales updates.

7. Analytical Skills: Competence in using CRM tools and analyzing partner performance reports.

8. Process Orientation: Strong follow-up, reporting, and documentation discipline to manage multiple partner accounts.

9. Self-Motivation: Highly driven with a proactive approach and ownership mindset; able to work with minimal supervision.

10. Willingness to Travel: Ready for occasional travel for partner meetings, onboarding, or events (if applicable).

We are looking for an Accounts Data Entry Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial data entry.

● Develop, enhance, and maintain Kotlin-based applications.

What We're Looking For:

● 2+ years of experience in Kotlin development (Android or KMM).

● Strong knowledge of local database management (Room, SQLite, Realm, or SQLCipher).

● Expertise in API service integration using Ktor, Retrofit, or OkHttp.

● Hands-on experience with Kotlin Coroutines & Flow for efficient asynchronous programming.

● Strong understanding of Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, WorkManager, etc.).

● Experience in designing applications following Clean Architecture, MVVM, or MVI patterns.

● Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks like Dagger/Hilt or Koin.

● Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

● Experience with unit testing using JUnit, MockK, or Espresso.

● Understanding of performance optimization techniques for Kotlin applications. 

• Strong in design patterns like MVI, MVVM, MVP and MVC.
• Good understanding of IPC, AIDL etc.
• Strong in Architecture Components like ViewModel, Navigation Graph, Room DB etc.
• Knowledge of KOIN/Hilt, CoRoutines, LiveData and Retrofit.
• Good at JUnit test case development & Automation verification.
• Good to have Experience in Android Application development that has both Java and C implementation.
• Good in Analytics and Communication

Have at least 2 years of experience with two or more development languages. Experience

working on Python is a MUST and that on JAVA is nice to have.

• Experience in building web platform with Angular 9+ (React could be an alternative) is a MUST
• Experience in building applications with containerization like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in writing relatively complex DB queries (preferably SQL Server, MySQL). Experience working on No-SQL DB is nice to have.

• Experience in building RESTful APIs using Python and web frameworks such as Spring MVC, Flask
• Experience in working in any of the ORM tools like SQLAlchemy, SQLObject, Storm, Django
• Skillful in writing high-quality, well-tested code
• Proficient in Object-Oriented programming
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban
• Experience in working with JavaScript frameworks (such as ag-Grid, D3) to build in-app reports is nice to have
