About the Role

We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer Intern (B.Tech, M.Tech / M.S. or equivalent) with strong foundations in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning to join our R&D team.

You will help us build and train realistic face-swap and deepfake video models, powering the next generation of AI-driven video synthesis technology.

This is a remote, individual-contributor role offering exposure to cutting-edge AI model development in a startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, implement, and fine-tune face-swap / deepfake architectures (e.g., FaceSwap, SimSwap, DeepFaceLab, LatentSync, Wav2Lip).
• Train and optimize models for realistic facial reenactment and temporal consistency.
• Work with GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models for video synthesis.
• Handle dataset creation, cleaning, and augmentation for face-video tasks.
• Collaborate with the AI core team to deploy trained models in production environments.
• Maintain clean, modular, and reproducible pipelines using Git and experiment-tracking tools.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech, M.Tech / M.S. (or equivalent) in AI / ML / Computer Vision / Deep Learning.
• Certifications in AI or Deep Learning (DeepLearning.AI, NVIDIA DLI, Coursera, etc.).
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow, OpenCV, FFmpeg.
• Understanding of CNNs, Autoencoders, GANs, Diffusion Models.
• Familiarity with datasets like CelebA, VoxCeleb, FFHQ, DFDC, etc.
• Good grasp of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Prior hands-on experience with face-swap or lip-sync frameworks.
• Exposure to 3D morphable models, NeRF, motion transfer, or facial landmark tracking.
• Knowledge of multi-GPU training and model optimization.
• Familiarity with Rust / Python backend integration for inference pipelines.

The Software Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling software products to prospective clients. This includes understanding customer needs, presenting software solutions, managing the sales process, and closing deals. The role requires a mix of technical knowledge, sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Prospecting:

• Identify and target potential clients or companies that could benefit from the software solutions.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and events to generate new business opportunities.

1. Customer Needs Analysis:

• Understand client needs and requirements through consultations and meetings.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase how the software meets the client's needs.

1. Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

• Prepare and deliver presentations and software demonstrations to prospects.
• Customize presentations based on the client’s business goals and technical environment.

1. Negotiation & Closing Deals:

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
• Close deals by overcoming objections and addressing customer concerns.

1. Relationship Management:

• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell or renew business.
• Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting as needed to ensure client success.

1. Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the evolving software market.
• Use this knowledge to advise customers on the best solutions and strategies.

1. Reporting & Documentation:

• Track and report sales progress, client interactions, and pipeline status.
• Update CRM systems with accurate sales data, meetings, and communications.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Provide feedback to the product team about client needs and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience in software sales or technology sales (3-8 years preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical software concepts.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Task:

• Develop, record, and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications.
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API.
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support.
• Refactor, optimize, and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scale.
• Use test driven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project manager.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.

• Previous working experience as a PHP Developer for 4 year(s)
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
• Proficient in PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery Expert
• Experience with PHP MVC frameworks (Symfony, Laravel, Yii, CodeIgniter, Zend, etc.)
• Excellent relational database skills with MySQL
• Experience with building restful JSON web services
• Knowledge of API’s, such as Twitter, Facebook, Google maps, Instagram, etc.
• Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap

Work as a member of a team responsible for developing a HIPAA compliant secure care coordination platform in accordance with established processes. Key technical expertise areas expected for this role:

Strong programming skills in Java 8(+) with clear understanding of Object-Oriented and Functional programming. 

• Experience on REST API Programming based on a Microservices Architecture
• Good Understanding of Databases (MySQL & Mongo) and proficiency in database schema designing & writing efficient SQL Queries 
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrable ability to learn new programming languages and frameworks quickly
• Experience with distributed systems with specific focus on security and scalability
• Experience with modern cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure

Additional areas that would add value:

• Spring Cloud 
• Experience working with AES 256 based encryption algorithms
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns & their application in system design
