What you’ll be doing

• Shape and evangelize the product vision and roadmap, grounded in customer pain points and Marketing Ops best practices.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to validate opportunities and prioritize features.
• Author clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with UX/UI to ensure intuitive user experiences.
• Lead agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos), track sprint progress, and re-prioritize backlog based on stakeholder input and data.
• Monitor product performance against key SaaS metrics, identify friction in Marketing Ops workflows, and drive continuous optimization.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of overall experience, including 3–5 years of hands-on product management in B2B SaaS, with strong exposure to Marketing Operations workflows and tools
• Background in marketing-technology (MAPs, attribution, lead scoring) a strong plus
• Proven track record owning full product lifecycle: ideation, requirement gathering, go-to-market, measurement, and iteration.
• Data-driven decision-maker: comfortable defining success metrics, running experiments, and pivoting based on results.
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Excellent cross-functional collaborator—adept at aligning engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.

eAirweb Technologies is hiring a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us grow our custom service-based software development business. We specialize in delivering tailored web and mobile applications to clients globally. This is a remote-first position, with occasional in-person meetings at our office if required.

Technical Lead (Embedded Software - Linux)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software/Linux development engineers working on microcontroller firmware development, Linux platform drivers and IOT solutions. Should be able to guide team members, resolve technical roadblocks and deliver project commitments. Will be the go-to person and first-level escalation point for all technical issues faced by the team. Looking for someone with 6+ years in the embedded industry and a passion to build a core team in a growing company. Team size will vary from 6 to 12 people, mainly firmware and Linux engineers.

The selected candidate for this role will be reporting to the software director/manager in the organization.

• Work with firmware and application architects to create a project execution plan
• Review project proposals for execution scope & timelines
• Lead embedded software development activities by the team
• Work with QA teams to resolve bugs and ensure release readiness
• Work with h/w design and PM teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects

The main responsibilities of this role are:

Technical:

The embedded systems engineer designs, develops, tests, and maintains embedded systems. The engineer will identify and fix issues and work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and others on various teams.

VP engineering would be leading the technology (engineering) team of 25 (and counting) to build a world-class SAAS product that is serving 7000+ businesses (or 50,000 users) across the globe. The person would be responsible to oversee the product development and technology research ensuring scalability and effectiveness. The core role would involve leading development, managing team & processes leading to effective technology products as an outcome.

The person would be responsible for leading the product development to scale to a million businesses over the next ten years or 25K businesses in the next 3 years. The person should be able to build a team & process accordingly to ensure a smooth growth path for the product and company. The mission would be to build fully horizontal architecture & micro services with robust security.

• Leading the technology development by learning and researching the best upcoming technology. Analyzing current technology gaps in the system and evangelizing for better state of art technology development.

• Evaluating technology architecture, gaps, and improvisation requirements. Building new architectures for further product development along with elaborated documentations.

• Leading the team of software engineers to guide them with the best technology and process practices. Coaching and motivating the team to ensure enhanced performance across teams.
