Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python programming and be proficient in building scalable, secure, and efficient applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following :

1.Application Development :

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code.

- Develop scalable backend solutions and RESTful APIs.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

2.Integration and Database Management :

- Integrate data storage solutions such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases (e. g., MongoDB).

- Work with third-party APIs and libraries to enhance application functionality.

3.Collaboration and Problem-Solving :

- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly.

4.Code Quality and Documentation :

- Adhere to coding standards and best practices.

- Write comprehensive technical documentation and unit tests.

5.Innovation and Optimization :

- Research and implement new technologies and frameworks to improve software performance.

- Identify bottlenecks and devise solutions to optimize performance.

6.Requirements :

- Strong programming skills in Python with 4-6 years of hands-on experience.

- Proficiency in at least one Python web framework (e. g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

- Knowledge of database design and management using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e. g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Experience with testing frameworks like Pytest or Unittest.

- Working knowledge of Java is a plus.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

7.Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of data processing libraries such as Pandas or NumPy.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch (optional but a plus).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.

- Experience in message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

8.Soft Skills :

• BS in CS or EE or equivalent
• Experience working on large scale systems in rapid growth environments
• Experience with public cloud offerings (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Solid programming skills; preferred experience in Java, and/or Python
• Experience with modern web frameworks, advanced algorithms/data intelligence, public
• cloud platforms and streaming data pipelines
• Familiarity with containerization, microservices architecture, continuous integration, and delivery
• 5+ years’ experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Interface with clients and gather business requirements and objectives.
• Translate clients’ business requirements and objectives into technical applications and solutions.
• Understand and evaluate complex data models.
• Design, develop and implement new integration.
• Execute system development and maintenance activities.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, working in Java related technologies.
• A Good Engineering or Masters degree from a reputed university
• Should have strong technical skills with a good grasp of OO concepts and design patterns

• Good knowledge of SQL database ( MySQL, Oracle, etc )
• Good understanding of frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, etc.
• Good understanding of spring boot and microservices.
• Exposure to AWS services - S3, SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.

Good to have

• Knowledge of No-SQL DBs like mongo, dynamoDB, etc.
• Knowledge of message brokers/queuing services like SQL, rabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.

• Understand the fundamentals of Software Engineering, such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns
• Ability to write Java applications using Spring, Springboot or any other microservices frameworks
• Experience in the development of REST applications, in Java or Kotlin
• Capable of writing effective APIs
• Solid knowledge of JVM fundamentals such as classloading, memory management, garbage collection
• Demonstrated experience in platform API design and development
• Knowledge on microservice and event-driven architecture
• Experience in working with version control frameworks such as Git (preferable), SVN
•      Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or Cassandra) & Relational Databases
• Solid understanding of TDD & Agile principles such as CI / CD, with a proven track record of implementing solutions centred around those concepts
• Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby On Rails.
• Strong Project & Time Management Skills, along with the ability to apply these skills while working independently, or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts and cryptocurrency will be an added advantage
• Experience in fintech domain will be another added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
• Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Java, PHP, or Python, and operating systems may be required.

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Experience in performance profiling, tuning, and optimization, caching mechanisms with Enterprise level applicants
• Experience in writing unit testing and test case automation.

• At least 2-5 years of working experience in web services, preferably in Python
• Should have built and released APIs in production
