Responsibilities :
- Writing back-end code & front –end code and building efficient Java modules
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle, Write well designed, testable,
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code code
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and
- presenting these for architectural review
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Align with organizational security protocols and data protection requirements and
- Implement the required feature
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC
Skills and Experience :
- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
- Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management,
- Transaction management, etc.)
- excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2,
- Hibernate)
- Experience in the Spring Framework
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using JavaScript, j Query,
- and AJAX.
- Ensure that the APIs and services are adequate to support the application
- Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management,
- Transaction management etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2,
- Hibernate)
- Experience with test-driven development
- excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly adapt and learn new
- Collaborate with other parts of the technology team, including product, QA, etc. to
- deliver a solid product.
● Develop and monitor the company’s growth strategy for all stages in the funnel including
defining a roadmap for each marketing channel
● Oversee all online marketing efforts (SEM/SEO, social media, email, blogs, ads, traditional
media) and offline marketing efforts (hosting events, word of mouth, etc.)
● Maximize the effectiveness of user discovery and our onboarding experience
● Develop a system to track conversion rates and measure progress against goals, constantly
looking to eliminate bottlenecks, improve processes, and introduce creative ideas and
solutions that are quickly tested and evaluated
● Provide customer insight to the Product team by blending data with a deep understanding of
user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies,
and customer feedback
● Identify user personas and translate our product and outcomes into external messaging and
communications
● Balance business goals and revenue targets with top-notch user delight as a North Star
● Set up CRM to capture detailed and timely data at all user/customer touchpoints
● Communicate strategies and results to the leadership team on a consistent basis
Qualifications
● 4+ years of relevant experience in a growth marketing or growth hacking role
● Experience setting, executing, and iterating on a growth strategy
● Experience scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention while maximizing lifetime
value
● Experience building, leading, and managing a team of marketers and/or sales persons
● Proven experience tracking analytics and developing KPIs
● Proven experience in online acquisition tactics and best practices
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
● Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, cross-functional, dynamic, and ambiguous startup
environment

UI Developer Responsibilities:
- Work with other developers to ensure that the website is functional and visually appealing.

UI Developer Requirements:

Work as a member of a team responsible for problem resolutions requiring extensive analysis, troubleshooting to product development. You will apply your knowledge of building scalable, distributed applications to provide ideal solutions to solving our clients business problems by driving customer experience outcomes with enhanced technical capabilities. Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following.
You will be expected to:
- Work closely with a team of highly technical engineers distributed geographically.
- Contribute to all phases in the software lifecycle requirements analysis, solution design, development, and delivery

- Troubleshoot & debug applications/products
- Ensure assigned projects are developed in accordance with established engineering processes, adhering to scope, schedule constraints and agile project plans

- Explore & Propose to incorporate cutting-edge technologies / plugins etc to improve applications
- In addition, position is responsible for a variety of complex Linux, SQL, networking and coding challenges.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, Knowledge of PHP would be advantageous.
