Candidate must have prior experience working with a startup, preferably within the Beauty and Health, Wellness and Personal Care and Nutrition industry.

Prior P&L ownership (must be provable)

Experience scaling ₹100+ Cr online business is a big plus

Candidate must have worked deeply in:

Quick Commerce (Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart)

Marketplaces (Amazon + Flipkart at minimum)

D2C performance & CRO

Strong analytical mindset (CAC, LTV, ROI, margins)

Pricing & discounting strategy

Should have led multi-channel teams and managed a team of at least 20 members.

Can build SOPs

Can scale systems, not just people

Delhi/Gurgaon NCR based candidates will only be considered for this role.

Candidates will be rejected who:

Only did brand marketing

Never owned P&L

Are weak in Quick Commerce

Speak more strategy than execution

Avoid operational depth

Have only agency or consulting background

Job Responsibilities:

·       Assist the Security Manager in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.

·       Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits.

·       Monitor security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.

·       Respond to security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.

·       Assist in managing user access and authentication.

·       Provide security awareness training to employees.

·       Maintain and improve endpoint security solutions (e.g. antivirus, endpoint detection and response).

·       Collaborate with other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.

·       Stay up to date on the latest security threats and industry trends.

Qualifications and skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.

·       4-5 years of experience in security-related roles.

·       Knowledge of security systems and protocols.

·       Familiarity with risk management frameworks.

·       Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Building and supporting backend and frontend development of websites and application projects
• Producing appropriate and effective technical solutions

• BE/B.Tech/MCA with 4+ years of experience in Drupal implementation
• Strong experience in CI/CD processes (Jenkins, pipelines etc.)
• Should have a good understanding of OOPs concept and Design Patterns like
• Good Understanding of workflows

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As one of the earliest employees, there will be a lot on your plate. All the time!
• You'll build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, maintenance, and polish. Think features to improve our collaborative student learning platform, such as new collaborative learning activities for teaching coding and other subjects.
• You'll build improvements to performance, reliability, and product polish — for example, improving the efficiency and performance of our replicated state systems.
• You'll build and improve processes and internal tools with simplicity and productivity in mind — such as, a tool to sync updates between zoho, slack etc.
