About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Web Engineer to architect and build the entire web experience using Next.js and
React — a consumer-facing trading app with real-time data, SEO-optimised public pages, and internal admin
tooling. What We’re Looking For
You have built production web applications from zero to launch using Next.js. You are comfortable across the
full web stack — SSR/SSG, real-time WebSocket handling, responsive design, and performance optimization.
Ideally, you have worked on trading platforms, dashboards, or data-rich fintech products. You take ownership of
your codebase, care about developer experience, and can work independently to deliver high-quality, production-ready code. What You’ll Do
• Architect and build the Next.js web platform from scratch — project structure, CI/CD, component library, and design system. • Build real-time, data-intensive interfaces — live price rendering, interactive charting, and responsive
dashboards. • Build SEO-optimised content pages and public-facing discovery surfaces. • Build internal admin and operations tooling — dashboards, data tables, configuration interfaces, and
monitoring views. • Define frontend engineering standards — component architecture, testing strategy, accessibility, and
performance budgets. • Own cross-browser compatibility, Core Web Vitals, and responsive design across devices. • Drive code reviews, mentor team members, and champion best practices across the web team. Must-Have
• 4+ years frontend engineering with React in production; 2+ years with Next.js specifically. • Strong TypeScript skills and experience with SSR, SSG, and incremental static regeneration. • Experience building real-time features with WebSockets in web applications. • Experience with Tailwind CSS or utility-first CSS frameworks. • Experience building both consumer-facing and internal admin/dashboard UIs. • Understanding of SEO best practices — structured data, meta tags, Core Web Vitals.

As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that equip learners with hands‑on skills across the digital‑marketing spectrum—SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email automation, analytics, and emerging AI‑driven tactics. You will combine real‑world campaign experience with engaging instructional techniques to help students, corporate teams, or career‑changers become job‑ready digital marketers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the brand that is being represented, the TLC brand, the Program, the benefits, the scripts, the possible talking and opening lines and ensuring that the company guidelines on these are followed when a customer connect is made to enroll them into a membership program.
2. A soft approach to the sales process with conversational scripts and engagement on the call to sign up a customer. To protect the brand and ensure that a positive impact is left on the prospect after the interaction, whether he / she buys a membership or not.
3. Program Benefits must be conveyed in complete transparency leaving no scope of ambiguity or sounding / making false promises or over commitment.
4. Ensure that the prospect is not called for more than 3 times and also, he / she is not spammed on the calls. A prospect who does not want to be spoken to should be blocked from the system.
5. Ensure a database is provided by the company and only approved databases after proper DNC scrubbing are used.
6. It is mandatory to ensure that on every point of connect generating relevant leads are required, this is a part of our database expansion exercise, and must be followed.
7. Ensuing all relevant information is captured and converted into company intelligence like reasons for close etc and the prospects once spoken to are accordingly blocked from the system so that they are not called again.
8. Ensure any escalation or potential escalation is immediately reported to the Manager.
9. Ensure company time spent in the office is spent on productive customer acquisition work and aim for high enrolments, conversions, and no complaints as a performance matrix.
10. Ensuring confidentiality of all company information is maintained at all times.
Required Skills Set:
1. Minimum two years’ experience in a high-quality outbound voice process.
2. Good verbal and social communication skills in English with supporting local language. English will always be the first language for opening a customer conversation.

Position: Content Management Trainee

As a Trainee in content Management, you will play a key role in ensuring our content publishing goals are met. You’ll help maintain a content calendar and ensure that content is published consistently as per the set monthly targets. Your primary duty will be to work according to the standardised workflow processes and take ownership of delegating assignments to Content Writers, Editors, and Publishers. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content management.

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who is going to manage the company’s affiliate program through all phases, including brainstorming, launch, maintaining, trafficking, marketing, reporting, optimization, and analysis.
He/she is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting new affiliates to increase program distribution and interfacing with internal marketing and other teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and support affiliate programs.
You’ll be launching, managing, and growing a world-class, global affiliate program that moves the needle for overall business growth and closely ties into the overall marketing strategy.
You will work with the wider digital marketing team and multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent and effective affiliate strategies are developed, agreed and implemented across markets.
As the Affiliate Manager you will:
- Own, develop, and deliver an affiliate sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet business targets
- Maintaining and developing affiliate marketing programs, recruiting new affiliate partners
- Reviewing affiliate contracts, nurturing relationships with external vendors, affiliates, and partners
- Monitoring affiliate practices; negotiating and evaluating affiliate advertising agreements; maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners

- Considerable affiliate marketing experience, ideally gained from a high-growth, online or multi-channel business in the American region and a track record of achieving results (meeting lead-gen, CPA, Revenue targets, Conversion KPIs, etc.)
- A strong digital marketing expert with experience developing and managing campaigns in at least one channel discipline (SEM, email, social, content marketing, etc.)
- Able to demonstrate strong analytics skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools e.g., Google analytics, etc.
- Education – BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or related degree is a must, MBA or equivalent preferred
- Should have previous experience purchasing and negotiating pricing for various media, including email, banner, and Web pop-up advertisements
- Experience with affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing is a must
- Knowledge in ad-serving technologies, experience in campaign management
