About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor with experience working with luxury and premium brands across fashion, jewellery, décor, beauty, and lifestyle.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for elevated aesthetics, storytelling, and visual detail — someone who can create both sophisticated static creatives and polished video content aligned with luxury branding standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design premium creatives for social media, advertisements, websites, and brand collaterals
• Create short-form video content including Reels, edits, motion graphics, and ad creatives for luxury D2C brands
• Translate brand narratives into visually compelling designs using strong typography, layouts, and composition
• Maintain a refined and consistent luxury visual language across all content
• Stay updated with global luxury design, fashion, and content trends
• Collaborate closely with content and strategy teams to strengthen visual storytelling
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality and timelines

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor
• Prior experience working with luxury or premium brands is mandatory
• Experience creating video edits and ad content for luxury D2C brands is a must
• Strong portfolio showcasing original, high-end creative work (non-template based)

• Agency experience preferred

What you'll be doing?

• Utilize programming expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose software issues, offering clear and actionable solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to the applications
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Reporting software bugs and supportability concerns along with customer suggestions to the product teams.
• Proven ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Requirement gathering and analysis of customer requirements.
• Development and configuration of client instances during onboarding
• Document technical solutions, known issues, and best practices in a clear and concise manner.
• Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.

Desired qualifications include

• Experience in debugging and interpreting code to identify and address software-related issues
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, JSON, and Angular
• Basic concepts of Python and REST APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills

Roles and responsibilities:

- Dialling enquiries and understanding the requirements and sharing relevant information about the properties.

- Updating all the information and scheduling property visits.

- Responding outbound and inbound calls.

- Scheduling follow-up calls and ensuring the clients are contacted.

- Cross pitching properties based on client requirement.

- Allocating leads to respective sales executive and collecting feedback.

- Ensuring all enquiries with feedback are updated regularly in the software.

- Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities.
