Job Responsibilities

Minimum requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or equivalent degree.

- 3+ years of experience as a DevSecOps engineer.

- Proficiency in back-end technologies such as NodeJs or Python.

- Expertise in using DevOps tools like GitHub, dependency management, and CI/CD.

- Profound knowledge of AWS cloud, DevOps culture and automation tools.

- Fluent in both spoken and written English communication.

- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 2-3 hour overlap with European time zone.

- Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity threats and follow the best practices.

- Previous project experience related to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications.

• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java & Kotlin code
• Writing unit-tests code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Take ownership of product/features: End to end development with testing and meet the deadline
• Work closely with our product and design teams to customize the Khatbook experience for the Android platform.
• Prototype new and redesign features.
• A focus on UI design principles and making apps work intuitively.
• Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative, consumer-facing mobile products.
• Writing efficient android code in Java/Kotlin following MVP framework guidelines.
• Tracing and profiling android java code. Own and manage the finance technology control frameworks.

Job Description

Primary Skills

• Server Side (Java) & AWS serverless framework.
• Must have hands-on experience on serverless framework.
• Design knowledge/experience of cloud-based web application. Familiarity with software design representation tools like astah, visio etc.
• Must have good experience on AWS (Overall knowledge, EC2 Volume, EC2 Security Group, EC2 AMI, Lambda, S3, AWSbackup, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, IAM, SecretsManager, StepFunction, CostExplorer, KMS, VPC/Subnet)
• Understanding business requirements w.r.t UI/UX.
• Working experience on development/staging/production servers.
• Good testing and verification skills
• Knowledge on SSL certificates and encryption.
• Knowledge on Docker containerization.

Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and writing communication skills.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Should have skills to understand and analyzecustomers requirements and expectations.
• Must have experience in interaction with customer
• Work experiences with international cross-culture teams (Good to have)
