Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries and provide clear, detailed information about courses, programs, and admission procedures.
• Counsel prospective students on appropriate course options based on their educational background, interests, and career aspirations.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process.
• Maintain strong relationships with students by delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to student satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems or internal databases.
• Participate in promotional events, webinars, and information sessions as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech, educational sales, or student counselling.
• Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams effectively.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; additional certification in counselling, sales, or student guidance is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools) preferred.

Requirement:

a) Working on Design, Development, testing and deployment of different speech enhancement products using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.

b) Working on enhancing existing speech enhancement products w.r.t

performance, low latency and less computation.

d) Should be self-motivated to learn and explore new areas and able to work independently and contribute

Experience

a) Good understanding of signal processing and machine learning.

b) Hands-on experience with Deep Learning techniques like CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, etc., for speech processing is essential.

c) Good understanding of: Linear algebra, Optimization techniques, Statistics and pattern recognition

d) Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Audio/Speech domain

Qualification

Bachelor's / Master’s Degree from AI/ML, CSE, ECE, or PhD

1.   Design and produce high-quality motion graphics / graphics for digital and print media, Swastik's IP, websites and Social Media pages of Swastik Productions.

2.   Collaborate with other teams to conceptualize and execute design.

3.   Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines.

4.   Generating AI videos and images using Chat GPT and mid-journey

5.   Develop illustrations, logos, animation, and other design elements as needed.

6.   Work on photo editing, retouching, and enhancing visual content.

7.   Ensure timely delivery of content.
