About the Role
Elnax Consultancy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1 year of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and share candidate profiles with clients.
- Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sourcing and screening abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Experience in handling contract, permanent, or C2H hiring is preferred.

About the Role You will be responsible supporting customers in their car buying journey with Spinny at the retail hub. You will play a critical role in customer engagement and must understand customer requirements to recommend products according to their needs, pitching products and negotiating when necessary.
Key Responsibilities Include: ● Building a relationship with the customer at the retail hub, understanding their needs and negotiating as needed ● Managing the hub inventory ● Meeting and engaging with customers, showing them cars, and conducting test drives ● Ensuring that any issues are resolved Requirements: ● Relevant experience in sales ● Graduate degree ● Good verbal communication skills – English, Hindi, and regional language (will be an added advantage) ● A 4-Wheeler Driving License and Knowing how to drive is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop performance-driven strategies to achieve client goals (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversions).
- Audience Targeting: Create custom and lookalike audiences using Meta’s targeting tools.
- Creative Development: Design compelling ad copies and visual assets, collaborating with creative teams.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor daily campaign metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPM, CTR) and conduct A/B testing on creative and audiences.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports offering actionable insights.
- Technical Setup: Implement and manage Meta Pixels and conversion APIs.

- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Audience Insights.
