
Essential Duties:
- Work directly with clients to provide rapid and accurate analysis of production issues (including solution tracking).
- Answer customer questions, file bugs, and reproduce, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Own and drive customer issues from start to finish.
- Become an expert on a given product domain from both a business and technical standpoint.
- Handle urgent escalation issues, ensuring we accurately prioritize based on severity and customer impact.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related. We will also consider other significant technical experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of application support experience.
- Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL skills required.
- Order-To-Cash (O2C) or Procure-To-Pay (P2P) cycle experience in Oracle EBS (Financials). Other ERPs can also be considered.
- Excellent spoken and written English. All customer communications are in English.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to adjust to the technical level of the audience and explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work with a global teams and build strong cross-functional relationships.

What we're building
Qatobit is a SEBI/FIU-IND registered crypto wealth management platform, and we're building a content engine from scratch. This role sits at the center of it. You'll own the video output across short-form social, product explainers, motion graphics, and AI-assisted reels.
This is not a post-and-pray role. You'll be creating content that has to stop a scroll, explain crypto simply, and make a fintech brand feel human.
What you'll actually do
Film, direct, and edit Reels end-to-end with an on-camera talent, from shot setup to final export
Handle lighting, framing, and on-set direction to get footage that actually works in the edit
Cut short-form content with obsessive attention to hook, pacing, and retention
Build product explainer and demo videos from raw briefs
Create motion graphics and animated brand assets
Produce AI-assisted video content using tools like Creatomate and Runway
Use Claude Teams daily for scripting, captioning, ideation, and content workflows
Maintain visual and tonal consistency across every piece of content
