Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Design Developer to leverage hardware design platforms for generating training data to enhance enterprise LLMs' capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact AI advancements by optimizing hardware designs for training and benchmarking large language models.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure, and customize hardware design platforms to generate training data for enterprise LLMs.
• Work closely with research teams to translate requirements into actionable insights.
• Ensure high-quality coding, debugging, and documentation to optimize hardware design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve LLM performance and automation capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 Years of hardware design development experience.
• Expertise in HDLs (Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, SystemC).
• Strong background in scripting, front-end workflows, and verification processes.
• Familiarity with Synopsys, Cadence, or open-source toolchains.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Expertise in UVM environments, Formal Verification, and Lint refinement.
• Experience with Computer Architecture, Assembly Debugging, and Assertion Coding (SVA).
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI systems.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

• Min 2 Years of relevant experience in Hardware Design and/or Verification.
• Experience with at least one of the following:
• ASIC, VLSI, FPGA, SoC development.
• SystemVerilog, Verilog, Testbench development, and Verification.
• Strong understanding of IP Development and Verification.

Note: This role focuses on LLM training using hardware design, not traditional project development.

Role & Responsibilities

Own the user experience for Dentsu's AI-powered agentic tools and client-facing data products. This is a senior design role responsible for making complex multi-agent systems, Genie spaces, and automated workflows feel simple and intuitive for media teams and clients who are not technical. You will work at the intersection of AI capability and human usability, designing the interfaces that turn powerful backend intelligence into tools people actually want to use.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead end-to-end design for agentic AI products: from discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specs
• Design intuitive interfaces for multi-agent systems that serve media planners, analysts, and clients with varying levels of technical sophistication
• Create UX flows for Genie spaces, conversational data exploration, and automated reporting dashboards that surface insights without requiring SQL or code
• Develop and maintain a design system for the Decisioning practice's AI product suite, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across all tools
• Conduct user research with internal media teams and client stakeholders to identify pain points, map workflows, and validate design decisions
• Design transparency and trust patterns for AI-driven experiences: how users understand what the system did, why, and how to correct it
• Prototype and test interaction models for agent-to-human handoff, error recovery, and multi-step automated workflows
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure designs are technically feasible and ship at high fidelity
• Design onboarding flows and training materials that accelerate adoption of new AI tools across agencies
• Create client-facing presentation materials, demos, and visual assets that communicate tool capabilities and business value

• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of total experience in design, with 5+ years in Product Design for data-heavy or complex digital products — enterprise dashboards, analytics tools, workflow platforms, or similar complex environments — with shipped work at scale.
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 6 months+ experience designing for AI/ML-powered products like gen ai features, agentic ai related features, AI automation tools etc
• Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have demonstrated expertise in complex workflow design, data visualization, and enterprise UX at scale — designing interfaces that surface insights and enable non-technical users to navigate powerful backend systems
• Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have strong understanding of design systems and component-based design methodology, with experience building, contributing to, or maintaining systems that ensure visual and interaction consistency across a product suite

Responsibilities of an ABAP developer

Besides coding and developing a SAP module with the help of the programming language, ABAP developers perform a number of other tasks, some of which are given below:

Knowledge of SAP ABAP (OOPS ABAP, MVC, Code pushdown techniques, AMDP and CDS views) and Native HANA

Good Knowledge in  SAP MM Modules (both is important), Able to write Functional document and working knowledge in integration across other SAP modules like SAP SD SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP Finance

SAP ABAP knowledge is expected but should be limited to basic programming and debugging

• Understanding the needs and requirements of the clients by coordinating with their representatives and seeking clarity on every minute detail in order to provide the best possible solution.

   

• Consulting with professionals from other departments and those working on specific SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD to ensure a consistent experience to the various users on the client's side.

   

• Writing the code using ABAP programming language on the basis of the blueprint provided by the clients and performing regular tests on the usability of the code.

   

• Ensuring that all programs are completed in schedule as per the client's guidelines and allocating appropriate resources to achieve this.

   

• Providing technical support to the end users in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications to the system after it has been delivered. Training the end users and client representatives is also performed at this stage of the SAP ABAP software life cycle.

   

• To stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work.

Skills Required to be an ABAP developer

Extensive prior experience in the field of ABAP programming and SAP modules is an essential skill set required for any person to pursue a career as an ABAP developer. They must have good analytical and problem solving skills in order to carry out their daily functions effectively. In depth knowledge of SAP systems such as FICO, MM and HR is also required for ABAP developers. Prior experience in object oriented programming, ABAP lists and other related fields is also a prerequisite for jobs in this field. In order to communicate with a number of people such as clients, users and other developers, they must possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal abilities. They must have the capability to work well in a team-based environment as well as on their own since the organizational structure of ABAP developers varies from one company to another.
