Job Overview:

Tthis role requires to Lead the project, Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.

·      To ensure that the full compliance of sub-contractors with Company Quality policies and with the requirements of this method statement.

·      To ensure that all the equipment required executing the works according to the BMS project are available, in good condition, and provide any additional equipment that might be required.

·      To co-ordinate with the Electrical, QA, QC & EHS for a safe and proper execution of the works.

·      Liaise with Client / Consultant for execution of works as per BMS project activities

·      Collect and analyse project information to create status reports and recommend future actions

·      Allocation of required labour through co-ordination with the Project Manager.

·      Take precautionary measures concerning protecting works from hot weather, wind, rain and sun.

·      Ensure that all works activities will be carried out in accordance to approved drawings, specifications and quality.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager — Execution with 2—3 years of æxperience in PEB (pre-Engineered Buildings), Civil Construction, or MEP projects.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion, quality standards, safety, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have experience in residential or commercial projects, strong team- management skills, and the ability to independently handle and coordinate up to 3 projects simultaneously.

Kev Responsibilities

• plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to handle up to 2-3 projects at a time. Coordinate and supervise project execution activities from project initiation through completion. Manage site teams, contractors, vendors, engineers, and other project personnel. Allocate manpower and resources effectively to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress against planned timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Purchase, Sales, and Other internal teams for timely project execution.

• Ensure proper coordination between civil, PEB, structural, electrical, mechanical, and MEP activities, wherever applicable. Identify project-related issues, delays, and risks and take corrective actions proactively. • Ensure projects are executed within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

• Act as the primary point Of contact for clients during project execution and provide regular project updates.

• Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of project-related queries and concerns.

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, site reports, and other project documentation.

• Track material requirements and coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials at site. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to management with .

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and site safety requirements. Support project handover and closure activities, including snag resolution and final client coordination.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Good knowledge Of PEB, Civil Construction and/or MEP execution. Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Strong team-management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
• Good understanding of project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site execution.

Eligibilitv Criteria

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering is mandatory. 2—3 years Of relevant experience in project execution.
• Experience in PEB / Civil / MEP / Construction projects preferred. Candidates with experience in residential or commercial projects will be preferred.
• Must have the ability to independently coordinate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Manage engineering projects from requirements gathering and planning through development, testing, release, and closure.  Create project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.  Coordinate with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Software Engineers, QA, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.  Track project progress, identify delays and dependencies, and drive corrective actions.  Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other project ceremonies where required.  Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, action items, and status reports.  Identify and proactively manage project risks, technical dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery issues.  Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.  Coordinate releases and ensure development, QA, deployment, and business teams are aligned.  Manage scope changes and assess their impact on timelines, resources, and deliverables.  Ensure engineering deliverables meet agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards.  Work with technical teams to understand project dependencies and translate them into actionable project plans.  Help resolve cross-team blockers and facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams.  Monitor resource allocation and work with engineering leadership to address capacity constraints.  Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and engineering collaboration.
