We're seeking a skilled Front-end Lead Engineer to lead an ongoing production-ready enterprise project and contribute to code while leading the frontend team. Working Time: 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering & QA, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in planning and decision-making processes related to technical architecture, design, and implementation.
• Lead and mentor the Front-end (FE) team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support.
• Oversee the deployment of frontend applications, coordinating with teams as necessary.
• Drive agile development practices within the FE team, ensuring efficient project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading the front-end development team.
• Proven experience in frontend development, with expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, MaterialUI, and React Query.
• Proficient in TypeScript development, skilled in building type-safe applications and leveraging TypeScript configurations for enhanced development efficiency.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in Typescript, Nodejs and Golang.

• Delivering efficient and effective corporate governance and secretariat support and advice
• Advising and keeping the management informed about their legal responsibilities
• Maintaining statutory registers and other records as per relevant legal Act(s)
• Drafting and vetting of various legal documents and agreements for the company
• Being responsible for all regulatory compliances of the company
• Convening various meetings as per procedure in law
• Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory policies and changes that might affect the organization
• Planning and coordinating internal audits
• Handling corporate filing and managing the processes and procedures related to the same
• Preparing various reports of the company by ensuring compliance of relevant rules, laws and regulations
• Working closely with various key stakeholders and acting as a point of coordination for matters related to corporate governance
• Improving processes related to corporate governance and secretariat by identifying and working on opportunities to improve coordination and communication

• Qualified Company Secretary with relevant work experience of 3 – 5 years
• Previous experience of practical corporate compliances and also proven ability to handle independently corporate compliance of listed Company according to Listing Regulations.
• Must be active in understanding various amendments.
• Excellent knowledge Company/SEBI Law. In-depth knowledge of the industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, coordination and analytical skills.
• Outstanding and vigilant planning and implementing abilities

What you need to have:

• 3-8+ years of experience programming in a backend language (Java / Python), with a good understanding of troubleshooting errors. 
• 5+ years of experience in Confluent Kafka / 3+ years of experience in Confluent Kafka 

• Cloud Kafka, Control Central, Rest Proxy, HA Proxy, Confluent Kafka Connect, Confluent Kafka Security features

Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency

• Any Graduate – Any Specialization with 3+ yrs of relevant strong object-oriented JavaScript & MVC with analytical/logical thinking & problem solving skills (Object Oriented JS, JQUERY, Angular, NodeJS)

Skills Required

• 2+ years of web application development experience using Javascript
• Experience in Angular / React.js, Node.js, and Express.js/loopback.js
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs
• Data modelling experience in both relational and NoSQL databases(MongoDB preferred).
• Experience deploying and maintaining a micro-service architecture
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with server-less infrastructure paradigms (AWS Lambda, etc).
• Experience building a scalable product is a bonus!
