We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing ROI-focused campaigns to drive user acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics daily (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation across channels.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tools.
- Strong understanding of online conversion funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
- Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing (optional, based on your business).

Qualification: Electrical Degree/ Diploma
Nature of Experience:
· Front line experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably tendering oriented business
· Preferable exposure in Power Transformers sales or similar Equipments
· Exposure to EB’s, Utilities, Electrical & Project Consultants, EPC contractors/ Project Houses & Industrial customers
· Technical orientation for selling capital goods products
· Field experience & ability to travel extensively
Responsibilities:
· Achieve sales targets as targeted plan
· Achieve collection targets as per plan
· Attend cold calls, generate leads as per sales plan and achieve and develop business opportunities from multiple channels
· Build and maintain relationships with large customers in the region to facilitate deep understanding of their needs and direct swift resolution of any customer queries
· Participate in negotiations with potential customers in terms of product specifications, payment terms and timelines
· Ensure specifications of the customer are documented in the relevant formats and forwarded to the concerned department
· Liaise with the Project Management Cell to ensure execution of orders in line with predefined timelines and criteria
· Liaise with the customer on a regular basis and ensure changes in order specifications are communicated to the concerned department
· All customer interaction activities to be properly logged and updated in appropriate systems
· Provide timely response to the customer on any queries/issues raised by the client during finalization /execution/ post execution sales
· Keep abreast with regional developments and provide data to the marketing team on potential opportunities for expansion / diversification into new markets / geographies
· Provide inputs on market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback on products / services.
· Distribute informative product catalogues to key decision makers in targeted companies
· Conduct sales presentations to key decision makers in the SEBs and Industrial Groups for greater awareness of the productions and solutions being offered
· Undertake pre-qualification work for the company products and services with all high volume customers and ensure successful completion
· Support the Planning and Execution Department for the timely dispatch of the finished goods as per contractual terms and conditions
· Ensure timely collections from customers by as per established controls and through regular follow ups with the customer

- Create and conduct engaging and informative Data Science classes that incorporate real-world examples and hands-on activities to ensure student engagement and retention.
- Evaluate student projects to ensure they meet industry standards and provide personalised, constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and understanding.
- Conduct viva sessions to assess student understanding and comprehension of the course materials. You will evaluate each student's ability to apply the concepts they have learned in real-world scenarios and provide feedback on their performance.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress, provide feedback to students, and identify areas for improvement in the curriculum.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and trends in Data Science, and incorporate this knowledge into course materials and instruction.
- Work with the placements team to provide guidance and support to students as they navigate their job search, including resume and cover letter reviews, mock interviews, and career coaching.
- Train the TAs to take the doubt sessions and for project evaluations

- A minimum of 1-2 years of industry work experience in data science or a related field. Teaching experience is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of various aspects of data science like Python, MYSQL, Power BI, Excel, Machine Learning with statistics, NLP, DL.
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT (latest versions as well), debugcode.ai, etc.
- Passion for teaching and a desire to impart practical knowledge to students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all levels.
- Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design is a plus.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools will be an added advantage.

- 4+ years of extensive EXP in TIBCO SPOTFIRE Dashboard Development is MUST
- Design and create data visualizations in TIBCO Spotfire
- Proven EXP in delivering Spotfire solutions to advance business goals and needs.
- Detailed knowledge of TIBCO Spotfire - report developer configuration
- EXP on creating all charts that exist in Spotfire (scatter, line, bar, combo, pie, etc.) and how to manipulate every property associated with a visualization (trellis, color, shape, size, etc.)
- EXP in writing efficient SQL queries, views in relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres and BigQuery (Optional).
- Ability to incorporate multiple data sources into one Spotfire DXP and have that information linked via data table relations.
- EXP with Spotfire Administrative tasks, load balancing, installation/configuration of servers and clients, upgrades and patches would be a plus.
