Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern who is passionate about video storytelling and eager to learn hands-on video production. The intern will support the media and marketing team by editing videos for social media, promotions, and internal use.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into engaging short and long-form videos
• Add transitions, effects, subtitles, and background music
• Assist in color correction and audio syncing
• Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Work closely with content and marketing teams
• Make revisions based on feedback
• Maintain organized project files

Requirement:

• Basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)
• Understanding of video formats and social media trends
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Good communication and time management skills

Backend Architect:

Technology: node js, DynamoDB / Mongo DB

Roles:

• Design & implement Backend Services.
• Able to redesign the architecture.
• Designing & implementation of application in MVC & Microservice.
• 9+ years of experience developing service-based applications using Node.js.
• Expert-level skills in developing web applications using JavaScript, CSS and HTML5.
• Experience working on teams that practice BDD (Business Driven Development).
• Understanding of micro-service architecture and RESTful API integration patterns.
• Experience using Node.js for automation and leveraging NPM for package management
• Solid Object Oriented design experience, and creating and leveraging design patterns.
• Experience working in a DevOps/Continuous Delivery environment and associated toolsets (i.e. Jenkins, Puppet etc.)

Responsibilities : 

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions. 
• Develop and maintain scalable software solutions with Ruby on Rails as the core technology stack.
• Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges in development. 
• Utilize Docker containers for efficient environment management and deployment.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency. 
• Implement and maintain database solutions in MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Test and ensure that the application works correctly across different browsers and devices. 
• Build and optimize user interfaces using React.js with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Ensure robustness, performance, and security of the applications.
• Take full responsibility for project deliverables from conception to deployment.
• Design user-side and server-side architecture. 
• Maintain code integrity and organization, including performing code reviews and enhancing code quality.

Requirements :

• Demonstrable skills with Node.js and React.js, building and maintaining complex solutions.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work effectively both as an individual contributor and within a collaborative team environment.
• Eagerness to take full ownership of deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Great attention to detail Organizational skills. 

Qualifications : 

• Internship or 6 months experience as a full stack developer working with ruby on rails.
• Experience developing and deploying dynamic and responsive web applications.
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Job Description – Developer (ETL + Database)

 Develop, document & Support ETL mappings, Database structures & BI reports.

 Perform unit testing of developments done by him/her.

 Participate in UAT process and ensure quick resolution of any UAT issue.

 Manage different environments and be responsible for proper deployment of code in all client

environments.

 Prepare release documents.

 Prepare and Maintain project documents as advised by Team Leads.

Skill-sets:

 3+ years of Hands on experience on ETL Pentaho Spoon Talend & MS SQL Server, Oracle & SYBASE Database tools.

 Ability to write complex SQL and database procedures.

 Good knowledge and understanding regarding Data warehouse Concepts, ETL Concepts, ETL

Loading Strategies, Data archiving, Data Reconciliation, ETL error handling etc.

 Problem Solving.

 Good communication skills – written and verbal.

 Self-motivated, team player, action and result oriented.

 Ability to successfully work under tight project schedule

*Must have experience in actionscript 3 for atleast 1 or 3 years

* Should possess good knowledge in OOPS concepts.

* Experience in starling framework is a plus and will be given priority.

* Basic knowledge of HTML , Javascript will be a added advantage.

* Able to handle projects induvidually and also as a team.

* Should have worked in real time projects.

* Should involve in team building activities.
