Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a skilled MEAN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using the MEAN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development, with a keen ability to integrate various components of the stack effectively.

Required Skills & Qualification:

• At least 2+ years of experience in NodeJS with understanding of isomorphic JavaScript
• Angular 8 plus, React Experience
• Strong experience backend development
• Strong CS fundamentals
• Knowledgeable in building loosely coupled, highly cohesive code
• Experience designing APIs for consistency, simplicity, and extensibility.
• Have worked in an agile shop with a strong emphasis on rapid prototyping and rigorous A/B testing
• Developing and maintaining core libraries, services and/or platforms written in Node.js
• Experience with AWS services

Hiring for the position of Full Stack Developer  / Senior Full Stack Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the frontend elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of frontend technologies is necessary as well.

We are looking to recruit a candidate for a role that will require:

• Create and consume restful APIs
• Design, develop, and maintain internal and external applications
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules
• Write high quality, structured application/interface code and documentation
• Identify solutions through research and collaboration that resolves the root of problems as they arise
• Define functional and technical requirements for application software to develop skills and knowledge
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

Requirement

∙ Proficient in Node.JS and ReactJS development stack

∙ 2+ years’ experience designing, querying, and updating databases in MySQL/nosql

∙ Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX etc.

Focus Areas and Core Responsibilities

Accountable for day-to-day implementation and launch of product roadmap features and updates.

Collaborate with Data Science, Tech and UX teams to create systems design and information architecture based off of user stories and requirements. Ensure test cases are properly written.

Skillset, Qualifications, and Experience

• 5+ years of web application development experience including strong working knowledge of JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Mongo and Express.
• Familiar with asynchronous programming and object-oriented programming best practices. Must have prior experience with MVC design pattern
• Experience with node and linux commands necessary for debugging installations and deployment locally and on cloud services such as AWS
• Strong familiarity with a variety of APIs and RESTful interfaces
• Familiar with various methods for performance optimization
• Ability to work with UX/UI team to create a frictionless user experience and pixel perfect web components and data visualizations
• Experience integrating security best practices into the SDLC
• Expert level Git, including branching and best practices to resolve merge conflicts

• Experience manipulating and working with data in a variety of forms: csv, xml, json, structured and unstructured
