Job Description:

Avalon Solution seeks a dynamic and results-driven international sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales and calling, strong communication skills, and a background in marketing or a related field. This role involves working the night shift to cater to global clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with international clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Generate and qualify leads to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Maintain sales records and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in international calling or sales.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Some of the tech problems you get to work on as a backend engineer would be to build the backend for a modern spreadsheet experience from scratch, work on infra as code, write robust code that is fault-tolerant, work on performant code that adheres to SLOs set by the organization.

About you:

● 3- 5 years of experience

We are looking for a senior .NET Core professionals with 2+ years of development experience, who thrive on challenges and desires to make a real difference in the business world.

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in. NET Core  development.
• Knowledge and Hands-on experience of at least 2 years on ASP.Net, C#, MS SQL Server, Restful, C# 3.5/4.0, MVC
• Desirable Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Solid understanding of best practices in web application development.
• Exceptional attention to detail and design.

Frontend Developer - React JS/progressive Web App (2+ yrs experience)

Experienced in developing applications using Javascript, ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3/CSS4 and other UI technologies.
Experience in building rich PWA applications.
Understanding and experience with asynchronous processing, partial page refresh, DOM traversal and manipulation 
Deliver across the entire app life cycle - concept, design, built, deploy, test
In depth data structure and algorithm developement experience
