SocialPilot is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager. You will be working on meaningful SaaS products in the Martech space that the customers love. You will be part of a highly collaborative group of creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation.
As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns for SocialPilot. Scope of work includes crafting good email copy, understanding of email analytics, growing email lists, and driving sales through effective communication with SocialPilot’s customers.
Ideal Candidate
- Should possess hands-on experience creating, managing and optimizing email campaigns for B2B brands.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Should have expertise creating email campaigns for leads at different stages of the funnel.
- Strong communication skills with ability to write email subject lines, email copy and ability to understand nuances of email communication.
- Should know how to A/B test email campaigns monitoring engagement, analytics and improve email campaigns to get better results.
- Someone who has managed end to end email campaigns for U.S brands.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills to proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
- Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
- Proficient using marketing automation technology, hands on experience with HTML and content management systems like Wordpress.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The Email Marketing Manager would be responsible for managing overall email marketing campaigns for SocialPilot
- Create, maintain and grow our email database through lead capture on website and other assets
- Design and test different email templates including different CTAs for different segments of users.
- Create and maintain documentation and guides for processes, A/B tests and email campaigns.
- Determine email marketing KPIs, develop and present reports on a weekly basis.
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
- Develop cold email marketing list and execute campaigns to drive signups for SocialPilot

You will be:
- Creating conversion optimization strategies using both qualitative (page evaluations, UX design principles, site reviews) and quantitative (traffic source analysis, web analytics tools) sources
- Conducting internal planning meetings and lead the development of A/B & multivariate testing road maps that will lift conversion rates

- A data obsessed CRO Manager to help us convert prospects to users through each stage of the customer journey. The ideal candidate will not only help uncover and collect accurate data but connect the dots between data and the desired business outcomes. - 5+years' experience working specifically in CRO and Analytics
- Prior experience in working in the B2B/ SaaS setup in the international markets

- Good understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Copywriting skills, particularly the ability to write compelling value propositions
