Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Navtech builds Domain-Specific Language Models (DSLMs) for regulated mid-market enterprises. As we scale our go-to-market across the US and EU, partnerships are a core growth lever, not a supporting function. We're hiring a Partner Manager to own our full partner ecosystem: consulting firms who deliver our AI Readiness Workshops, referral partners who bring us active deals, and cloud platforms we co-sell through.

This is a relationship-first, execution-heavy role sitting within the Marketing team, working closely with GTM Strategy and the founding team.

What You'll Own

1. Consulting Partners — Sales Engine

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing consulting partners.
• Ensure partners are enabled, active, and generating pipeline and not just signed MOUs
• Own partner onboarding: briefing decks, Phase 1 framework, Partner tool training, revenue share communication
• Identify and qualify new consulting partners by vertical, quality over quantity, one strong partner per target segment
• Track partner-sourced pipeline and hold QBRs to review performance

2. Referral Partners — Deal Flow

• Build and manage a network of referral partners (fractional executives, advisors, industry consultants) who actively generate and qualify leads
• Define referral partner criteria, onboard with clear commercial terms.
• Maintain engagement through regular check-ins, deal updates, and co-selling support
• Own the referral-to-deal pipeline in CRM, track attribution, conversion, and payouts

3. Cloud Partnerships — Credibility & Co-sell

• Manage our relationship with the Anthropic Partner Network as primary.
• Progress GCP and AWS co-sell registrations and marketplace listings
• Coordinate with GTM and tech teams to ensure partner portal profiles, case studies, and listing content are current
• Flag and act on co-marketing or co-sell opportunities from cloud partners.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years in partnerships, alliances, or business development — B2B SaaS or consulting preferred
• Comfort operating in a high-ambiguity, early-stage environment — you'll be building the function, not inheriting it
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to represent Navtech credibly to senior consulting partners
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive a plus); organised, data-driven on pipeline tracking
• Understanding of AI/enterprise software landscape — you don't need to be technical, but you need to hold a credible conversation
• Based in Hyderabad; willing to operate across US and EU time zones for partner calls which will mostly be within company work hours.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience managing consulting partnerships
• Exposure to regulated industries (BFSI, media, HR tech, Telecom)
• Experience with partner enablement collateral creation

Compensation

• Competitive fixed salary + performance bonus tied to partner-attributed pipeline and closed revenue. Specific band shared during screening.

Strong Lead Product Designer/ Sr product designer/ Product design manager Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 6+ years of hands-on Product Design experience with product companies

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience leading a team or mentoring junior designers (not a pure people manager)

Mandatory (Design Craft): Strong design craft with deep expertise in UX, interaction design, design systems, prototyping, problem-solving, and user-centered workflows. Should be able to individually assess and elevate design quality.

Mandatory (Collaboration): Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional teams. Must have driven design-led projects, influenced product roadmap, and balanced short-term and long-term design priorities.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Portfolio or team-led work showing shipped, real-world product impact, improved user journeys, solved UX breakage, and scaled design quality across multiple products/features.

Job description:

6+ years of hands on experience with both Manual and Automated testing with strong preference of experience using AccelQ on Salesforce ans SAP platforms.

Proven expertise in Salesforce particularly within the Sales Cloud module.

Proficient in writing complex SOQL and SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.

Extensive experience in designing and developing robust, reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce environments.

Highly skilled at early issue detection, with a deep understanding of backend configurations, process flows and validation rules.

Should have a strong background in Salesforce testing, with hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestNG. 

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test scripts, executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. 

A solid understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and APIs is essential. 

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like Git is preferred. 

You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and improve the overall QA process. 

Role Overview

Provide advanced (L3) technical support for Citrix environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of virtual applications and desktops. This role involves handling complex escalations, root cause analysis, and implementing solutions for enterprise-level Citrix infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Escalation Support: Act as the highest-level escalation point for Citrix-related incidents and problems.
• Citrix Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop farms, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Provisioning Services.
• Troubleshooting & RCA: Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical issues.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and tune Citrix environments for optimal performance using tools like Citrix Director and EdgeSight.
• Patch & Upgrade Management: Plan and execute upgrades, migrations (e.g., XenApp 6.5 to 7.x), and security patches.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Integration: Collaborate with VMware/Hyper-V teams for VDI and virtualization support.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and security best practices.

• Technical Expertise:
