Requirements :

• Good interpersonal with excellent communication skills
• Imparting Training on Tableau, Excel,SQL, Python or R Programming, Statistics.
• Good understanding of Data Analysis concepts and understanding of Machine Learning, Big Data, Business Intelligence Tools.
• Conduct online and classroom training sessions by providing practical use cases and assignments
• Able to cater College Seminar, Workshop, Corporate training.
• Provide Interview Preparation and placement assistance to students
• Manage Data Analytics Training Content including Session Presentations, Assignments, and Quizzes.

To prepare placement students with the technical knowledge, skills, and confidence required to succeed in campus recruitment drives, technical interviews, and entry-level job roles in the industry.

We are looking for Aptitude and Computer Trainer (Basics)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Soft Skills and Aptitude Trainer or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of soft skills and aptitude assessment techniques.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of individuals.

Proficient in using training tools and technologies.

Certification in training or coaching is a plus (e.g., CPT, CTT+)

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Strong instructional and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Experience in developing training materials and conducting assessments.

Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or similar credentials is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and motivate participants of varying skill levels.

Process of Onboarding:

●      In order to form a smooth onboarding process, we have a set of requirements to be fulfilled. They are as follows:

○      A couple of sample videos of 7 to 10 minutes for evaluation

○      A complete course outline with all the respective activities for the course module

●      Once we pass this stage, we can sign an MoU to start working

●      As GUVI don’t pay by advance or by milestones, we have an MoU in place for this case.
