Work Responsibilities 

- Lead, plan & execute new initiatives & projects 

- Work closely with the founders in scaling up the organization 

- Shaping the company's overall business strategy. Developing strategic plans and assessing company performance 

- Responsible for assisting the Founders with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives 

- Building the new categories at the company and expanding the existing ones
- Conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions 

- Responsible for supporting all special projects needs of the Founders, acting as liaison with key stakeholders, analysis of market trends and internal performance, the analysis of data in collaboration with experienced data analysts, and the production of written reports and oral 

What are we looking for? 

- Minimum 2 years experience in a Startup (B2B, SAAS, VC companies are preferred)
- Bachelor's degree for a Tier 1 institute (preferably IITs, BITS) 

- Structured thought-process 

- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- High Execution bias 

- Creative problem-solving skills

- Well organized, detail-oriented, ability to multitask with great follow-up skills

B.S. in software development, computer science or related field (Equivalent experience also accepted) 

·  1+ years of relevant work experience in software development and design.  

·  Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals (e.g, algorithms and data structures).  

·  Deep understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript and at least one JS UI framework React ·  
Deep understanding of Node.js and at least one Node server framework (Express, NextJS, NestJS). 

·  Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle. 

·  Experience designing/implementing/integrating with APIs.  

·  Solid understanding of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLServer).  

·  Solid understanding of Git and managed source control services like GitHub. 

·  Experience working within Agile software development teams.

Need UI/UX Designer or Website / Android /iOS / Portal/ Kiosk Designing with work flow. Wire Framing familiarity with UI tools needs be a Team player and provide timely update to respective project team. Latest and Modern designer skills required HTML/CSS is a plus along with Angular JS.

Candidate should have good knowledge in Node Js, type script and React native frameworks. Candidate should have sound knowledge in MVVM architecture. Demonstrated ability to tie content-driven online presence strategy - Experience of having displayed sharp sense of and employing existing and emerging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) their respective participants, and how each platform can be deployed and cross-leveraged in different scenarios
