Must Haves:
• Minimum 3- 6 years of design experience
• At least two years of experience working on digital products which include creating highly-detailed annotated wireframes, user flows, process flows and high-fidelity screens
• Worked on Information Architecture, Interaction Design and Product Design
• Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to Web-based applications and mobile applications Can establish and run a good design process (exploratory and evaluative research, sprints, reviews etc.)
• Are comfortable with and interested in actively designing the product by himself/herself
• Familiarity and experience with a standard design, prototyping, and user research tools, such as Figma, Miro, and Sketch.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are deeply empathetic to customers and users and understand how the business works
• Design systems experience is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
• Clear understanding of the critical characteristics of the intended user population

• Understanding of the users' current jobs and tasks, underlying goals, and mental models of their work process and products
• Understanding of platform-specific nomenclature
• The ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work

• Experience developing rapid prototypes
• Design test case scenarios
• Collate feedback from users for further improvement

Job Summary :
We are hiring a passionate Angular Front-End Developer to join our team at the earliest.
- You will be responsible for delivering a streamlined experience for our users.
- You will be a good fit if you like building top-notch codebase using the best practices of Angular.

Know your work :
- Create and deploy the front-end application.
- Optimize for high-performance on both mobile and web.
- A passionate front-end developer who can combine the latest open source technologies to provide the best -visualization reports using modeling tools.
- Writing and deploying clean and documented codes on Angular v2 and above, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Coordinate between graphic designers and HTML developers.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

What you need to apply:
- Working experience on HTML5/CSS3/JS/Bootstraps/Angular v2 and above is a must.
- Minimum 2-year work experience in Angular v2 and above.
- Strong knowledge of Angular 8 and Ivy Engine.
- Aware of any Object-Oriented JavaScript Frameworks (Backbone, Ember).
- Working experience of Node.js would be a plus.
- Working experience in any NoSQL database would be a plus.
- Experience in working out with RESTful APIs would be a plus.
- Aware of Firebase APIs.
- Previous experience on messaging queues - Redis/RabbitMQ/Kafka would be plus.

Good to have additional skills :
- Previous experience with elastic search.
- An interest in ML with experience in the same(though totally optional) is highly appreciated.
- Working knowledge of Docker/Ansible.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/ engineering from premier Institutions
• 4-7 years experience with at least 3 years in areas relevant to operations or operations design (for Pre MBA profiles)
• 2-4 years experience with at least 1 year in areas relevant to operations or operations design (for MBA profiles)
• Experience in working on marketplace/ blue-collared mobile products
• Deep analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong data and analytics capabilities
• Product mindset and problem-solving ability
• Ability to look at the big picture while solutioning    

1. 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
2. Be willing to learn and grow, learning new skills and understanding the new mediums for today's technology.
3. Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles, and quickly translate your ideas visually for your team
4. Someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs.
5. Must be an experience of Image cutting & image cleaning.
6. The ideal candidate should be well versed with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and coral-draw.
7. Create design artworks as per clients requirement
8. Creating graphics and layouts for Social Media, Websites, Infographics, and Print Collaterals.
9. Graphic work like logo, brochure, magazine ad, poster, icon & infographic design
10. Ability to work under pressure, and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once
