Strong Implementation Specialist / Implementation Engineer / Technical Implementation Associate (Post-Sales SaaS) Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+ years of hands-on experience in software/tech Implementation roles within technical B2B SaaS companies, preferably working with global or US-based clients

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience in executing and supporting end-to-end SaaS product implementations, including customer onboarding, workflow & configuration setup, data modeling/data setup, API-based integrations, and go-live support.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong technical fundamentals — ability to understand data models, debug API workflows, read JSON payloads, write basic SQL queries, and support configuration troubleshooting.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have basic hands-on experience writing scripts (preferably JavaScript) for data migration, configuration automation, or workflow customization in SaaS products.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have worked in post-sales environments, supporting customer success and delivery after deal closure, ensuring product adoption, accurate setup, and smooth go-live.

Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of implementation blockers and seamless client onboarding.

Job Description: 

Why are we here?

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions. You will work with both front-end and back-end web developers to build all client-side logic. You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions. You will be boarded into the team that manages higher secondary school projects on the Salesforce stack. You will be given an opportunity to learn the entire ecosystem of salesforce.

Mandatory skills to have/ Responsibilities:

● Overall 4+ years of experience and a strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds. 

● Good understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3. 

● Strong hands-on experience with advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS or Angular 2+ etc.

● Understanding of Software Design Patterns. 

● Good understanding of AJAX, REST APIs, Remote functions, and prior development experience in building the same. 

● Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues. 

● Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt and GulpJs. 

● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Good to have:

● Hands-on experience in Python

Tasks:

·      You will take part in the design of the architecture and the development of modern software-based applications in the back-end (Node.JS, TypeScript, Nest.JS)

·      You support the technological conception, programming and implementation of new features

·      You help manage IoT-to-Cloud services, Microservices, Kubernetes and Docker on GCP

Requirements:

·      Bachelor or Master student in an IT-related field of study

Responsibilities:

• Experience in building scalable, responsive applications using server-side Angular 2+, HTML5, CSS3, Less/Sass, DOM, and related libraries.
• Familiarity with concepts related to data flow and component-driven architectures with practical experience based on Angular 2+.

• Lead a team to migrate an existing large-scale enterprise application to the Angular framework
• Utilize Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, GraphQL, NgRx, HTML5, CSS Preprocessors (SASS), to develop dynamic and engaging applications, consistent across all browsers and platforms.
• A deep understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, inclusive of SASS.
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Significant knowledge of visual aesthetic components and elements such as fonts, layout, color, graphics, etc.
• Work with an experienced set of teams and developers Writing clean, production-ready code, which will be integrated with the backend/APIs.
• Work with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and comps into interactive HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Work in a rapid development-to-production release environment of Java Web-based commercial applications.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with UI technologies - Angular, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Typescript, JSON
• Front end technologies: Angular.js (1.x), Angular (4-12), HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap
• Excellent Javascript knowledge and programming experience with ES5/ES6
• Solid understanding and development experience in Angular
• Experience consuming REST APIs
• Experience with client-side architecture and design patterns
• Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
• Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Node.JS, Git Bash, npm,  yarn, grunt, bower, less, webpack, Jenkins, JIRA, git, GitLab
• Exceptional problem solving and ability to work independently
• Exceptional learning skills

Responsibilities and qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development experience
• Will own several parts of our tech stack, but primarily our Android app
• Build new functionality to the Android app and regularly re-architect it to keep up with latest technologies (e.g., Kotlin)
• Work on new tech that we are already a leading user of (e.g., Google Firebase)
• Work closely with the backend team to construct creative solutions
• Optimize, improve efficiency, scalability, stability of application
• MUST BE reliable, and be able to communicate clearly
