
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations Support Executive to manage order processing, supplier coordination, and customer support. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in operations and digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Order and Fulfillment Management
- Handle 20–50 orders per day through our backend (Magento)
- Verify supplier stock status and ensure order confirmation within 24 hours
- Manage order lifecycle: from order creation to shipment tracking and delivery confirmation
- Shipping and Logistics Coordination
- Follow up on shipment status with suppliers and courier partners daily
- Maintain accurate shipping records and update customers on ETA or delays
- Escalate and resolve delivery exceptions and backorders proactively
- Supplier and Customer Interaction
- Communicate with 10–15 suppliers and 5–10 customers daily via email and phone
- Track and resolve operational issues raised by customers or suppliers
- Collect shipping documentation, return updates, and dispute resolutions
- Technology and Tools
- GPT for communication and translation
- Business tools such as Magento, Google Sheets/Excel,
- Regularly update product and order data with high accuracy
- Participate in internal process automation and tool testing as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations support, logistics, or backend e-commerce
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to handle multi-party coordination and resolve issues independently
- Skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Magento, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong interest in technology comfortable learning new tools and systems
- Ability to document processes and work in a structured, accountable way
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce
