We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead our enterprise revenue function across all regions - with a particular focus on accelerating growth in the US market.

What You Will Own

📌 Revenue & Pipeline

• Own global enterprise revenue, with primary focus on the US
• Build and maintain a predictable pipeline across inbound and outbound motions
• Drive forecasting accuracy, deal reviews, and revenue governance
• Improve win rates, strengthen qualification frameworks, and optimize sales velocity

📌 Team Leadership & Coaching

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team (pods, SDRs, AEs)
• Build a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning
• Coach the team on enterprise selling, negotiation, and multi-stakeholder engagements
• Set and enforce clear KPIs, performance standards, and operating rhythms

📌 GTM, Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Strategy

• Partner with Marketing to align top-of-funnel quality, campaigns, and messaging
• Work with Product & Engineering to channel customer insights into roadmap decisions
• Build and refine sales playbooks, messaging guides, qualification models (MEDDIC/BANT), competitive frameworks, and objection handling
• Strengthen sales enablement - onboarding, continuous training, competitive intelligence, content readiness, and deal support
• Collaborate with SalesOps on Hubspot CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, forecasting discipline, and tooling
• Ensure seamless alignment across Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing

📌 Operational Excellence

• Implement best-in-class sales processes and governance
• Improve sales efficiency across the funnel through data, insights, and process optimization
• Introduce mechanisms to increase accountability, speed of execution, and deal quality
• Establish a predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales engine

What We're Looking For

📌 Experience & Leadership

• 8 - 10 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech sales
• Minimum 2 - 3 years leading and scaling sales teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive $5M+ annual enterprise revenue (preferably $10M+)
• Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales motions
• Strong exposure to US enterprise sales cycles - mandatory

📌 Industry & Deal Expertise

• Deep experience in enterprise sales - mandatory
• Background in cybersecurity, deep tech, or complex technical products is preferred
• Experience with VAR, multi-product, or consultative enterprise sales is a plus

📌 Geography & Market Exposure

• Must be based in Bangalore (or willing to relocate)
• Comfortable leading revenue across global regions, with US as primary focus

Role Description

India Accelerator is seeking a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our team full-time in Gurugram for a hybrid role. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement user-centered designs for our learning platforms. They will be responsible for wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and the overall user interface design. Additionally, they will work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences across all interfaces. Remote work accepted when necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing web and mobile applications, with emphasis on user experience design
• Portfolio of compelling and intuitive designs which reflect a clear understanding of user-centric design processes
• Ability to translate concepts into wireframes and prototypes
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is an asset
• Prior experience in edtech is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher, in Design, HCI, UX, or a related field.

• Excellent Written/Oral communication skills in English
• Minimum 6 years of development experience is required including but not limited to:
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure Web/API Apps
• Azure Functions
• Azure SQL Database / Cosmos DB
• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise software development using .NET stack, including REST APIs, Web Applications and distributed systems
• Working knowledge of security best practices (e.g. OWASP)
• Experience in NoSQL data stores development is an asset

Requirements:

• Design, develop and implement technical solutions in Microsoft Azure environments using .NET and other programming languages
• Work with business analysts and end-users to define system requirements
• Work with the functional testers to ensure accuracy and solution integrity
• Frequently communicate with users, and team members during program development to review progress and ensure that requirements have been met.
• Evaluate the best approach to solve problems
• Present solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide technical training and mentoring to other teams and team members

• Lead and manage a team that:
• Reviews and refines software requirements.
• Drafts and executes test plans and test cases.
• Identifies and drafts steps to reproduce defects utilizing our defect tracking system, JIRA.
• Enters and tracks defects to closure.
• Utilizes testing tools to increase the effectiveness of testing.
• Maintains test environments that mimic our production systems.
• Maintains and updates Selenium driven UI automation test cases.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with engineering and other teams to build & maintain our database requirements and answer big data questions
• Use your past DBA experience and industry wide best practices to scale and optimize the database services.
• Regularly conduct database health monitoring and diagnostics
• Create processes to ensure data integrity and identify potential data errors.
• Document and update procedures and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise

What we look for in you:

• You have A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or another related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
• Proficiency administering PostgreSQL
• Extensive experience performing general troubleshooting database maintenance activities including backup and recovery, capacity planning, and managing user accounts.
• Experience in identifying and documenting risk areas and mitigation strategies for process and procedure activities.
• Experience in managing schemas, indexing, objects, and partitioning the tables.
• Experience in managing system configurations.
• Experience creating data design models, database architecture, and data repository design.
• Strong understanding of SQL tuning and optimization of query plans.
• Linux shell scripting skills and experience with production Linux environments
• Experience working with software engineers in a highly technical environment.
• Knowledge of 1+ programming language (e.g. C++, Scala, Java, JavaScript etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge administering MongoDB (Good to have)
• Knowledge administering Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL & Redshift. (Good to have)
