We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers, delivering product or service information, and closing deals. You will play a key role in customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

About the role:

We’re seeking a qualified Sales Manager to sell Whitehat Jr’s product that our customers have grown to rely on. The Sales Manager will utilise their skills to generate high quality leads, build a strong relationship with customers and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Role details:

Scope: Exceed targets for New Sales, Referrals or Renewals, in an individual contributor role

Work Location: Remote online work until offices reopen, candidate may be based anywhere in India

Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off which may be during week

Shifts (subject to change): shift start hour will be after 6 AM and shift end hour before 12 midnight (For day shifts), shift start hour will be after 7 PM and shift end hour before 10 AM (For night shift)

Mandatory Language Fluency: English, Hindi

Laptop/Wi-fi: candidates to use their own laptops, wi-fi will be reimbursed

Qualifications:

• Proven B2C Sales track record of exceeding targets, >2 years of Sales experience
• Fluency in English and Hindi, ability and willingness to deliver in a high pressure environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to counsel a parent for the child's future
• Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better
• Graduation is not mandatory for candidates with 3+ years of experience
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ) and powerpoint

You will closely work with Head of Product Engineering responsible for for the platform development, Chief Technology Officer driving the technology innovation, Software Development Leaders, Program Manager, SCRUM Masters, UX Designers

You will be responsible for

• Driving and defining the technical architecture of the Core SaaS platform
• Develop high-level technical specifications and design of the platform
• Define technical product roadmap to continuously enhance the platform.
• Communicate successfully all concepts and technical guidelines to development team
• Promotes and ensures use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools
• Bring in best of the class architectural practices in the platform

Your Qualifications

• 8 – 15 years of software product development experience, with majority of them is hands on experience developing in enterprise software product
• Experience in developing and hosting PaaS or SaaS based products/platform with hands on experience in multiple cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and so on
• Experience developing enterprise- grade software products that can perform, scale, and integrate into a broad enterprise ecosystem
• Can mentor train existing team members on aspects of architecture, design and explain, document and elaborate architecture and design changes
• Strong background in architectural principles, patterns and anti-patterns
• Must have contributed to technology tools evaluation and technical proof of concept applications
• Should have experience in multiple tech-stacks including Data Analytics tech-stacks as well.

• Dealing with scripts written in different languages (PHP, Node.js, Python, PhantomJS, Ruby)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in PHP7
• 1 Year experience in Node.js/Python
• Good work experience in PHP7 
• Strong knowledge in OOPS.
• Proven knowledge on REST and SOAP API integrations 
• Experience in composer installations
• Strong in Javascript and Node.js concepts.
• Good knowledge of MongoDB and MySql
• Knowledge of versioning tools (SVN/GIT)
• Having knowledge on Amazon AWS and Google Cloud Platform is an added advantage
• Having knowledge of elastic search is an added advantage
• Good to have knowledge on p threads

Relevant Experience: 2-6 yrs

• Hands on Experience and manage Node js, Mongo DB, Angular and Express js.
• Architect, Develop, test and deploy robust products that are fast, scalable and highly responsive
• Design and maintain large and complex databases, both relational and non-relational databases.
• Establish, refine and integrate development environment tools and software as needed
• Deploy applications on AWS cloud with ability to quickly debug hosting related issues.
• Expertise in Complete Mean, Node js, Mongo DB, Angular and Express js
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
