Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager who can own, lead, and strengthen the entire Finance function at BXI. The role involves analysing platform-driven financial trends, optimising vendor management, and driving insights from both online and offline transactions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Finance vertical including accounting, reporting, compliance, and analysis.
• Analyse platform financial data, trading patterns, revenue trends, and cost behaviour to provide actionable insights.
• Track, evaluate, and optimise vendor financial performance across the marketplace.
• Oversee offline barter transactions, revenue recognition, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Build financial dashboards to monitor KPIs, cash flow, margins, receivables, and payables.
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
• Implement strong financial controls, SOPs, and internal processes for smooth business operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketplace teams to forecast growth, manage budgets, and support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for compliance and statutory requirements.
• Identify financial risks, gaps, and opportunities to help scale the business sustainably.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in Finance Management, preferably in startups, marketplaces, or tech-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, MIS reporting, and data-driven analysis.
• Experience handling vendor accounts, reconciliations, and transaction-heavy workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial tools, and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/others).
• Deep knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into business insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a cross-functional finance setup.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, ensuring optimal

performance and scalability.

● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best

practices.

● Diagnose and resolve technical issues, optimizing applications for maximum speed and

scalability.

Technical Skills:

● Proficiency in .NET Core,C#,Web API,EF,LINQ and related technologies.

● Experience in developing applications using microservice architecture

● Experience with cloud platforms

● Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.

● Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

● Demonstrated proficiency in database design and the ability to write complex queries

● Proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical initiatives.

About the role:

SDET 2 [5-8 years’ experience]

Here’s what will be expected out of you*:

We are looking for passionate NodeJS Developer responsible for the development of cloud-native Microservices driven systems. Skills in Angular, NodeJs and PostgreSQL. Knowledge of Azure will be an added advantage. Should have knowledge of Source Control.

The end-to-end, design to solution approach is what makes you a perfect fit for the role. Constant upgradation of systems based on user feedback, internal research, performance improvements and bug fixes will be your primary focus. Occasionally you will interact with stakeholders to take the system to the next level.
