Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the showroom aesthetics and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.

Marketing & Business Development:

• Implement in-store marketing campaigns and collaborate with digital marketing teams for promotions.
• Engage in local community events to promote brand awareness.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

Administrative & Compliance:

• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately through billing software.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales, stock movement, and customer records.

Work Experience Required:

3) Have strong hands-on experience of Entity Framework and writing LINQ queries.

4) Typescript experience is a plus.

5) Strong Web API and MVC app development experience is a plus.

Important skills:
