• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to develop cohesive content strategies and campaigns.
• Content Management: Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all written materials.
• Audience Engagement: Analyze audience engagement metrics to inform content strategy and improve overall effectiveness.
• Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.
• Ability to adapt writing style to suit different audiences and platforms.

We are hiring for Mobile Automation Test Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and other testing tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers and quality assurance engineers to identify test cases and prioritize them for automation.
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Maintain and enhance the automation framework to ensure that it meets project needs and remains efficient and effective over time.
• Develop and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.
• Create and maintain test data and test environments to support automated testing.
• Provide feedback to development teams on software quality and testability.
• Create and maintain documentation for automated testing processes and procedures.
• Create custom automation frameworks to meet the specific needs of the project.
• Design and develop custom libraries and APIs to support automation testing.
• Integrate third-party tools and frameworks as needed to support automation testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT Services and 3+ years in automation testing.
• Expertise in the programming language Java.
• Should have strong experience in Selenium & Cucumber framework.
• Should have a good amount of experience working with Mobile Application testing using Appium
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments

What will you do?

• Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems through product development
• Solve the most challenging problem of scaling and business logic
• Design and develop services using test driven development with near 100% code coverage
• Develop and deploy services continuously using CI/CD on a daily basis
• Identify and own meaningful metrics for success and move them dramatically.
• Prepare and present management updates on key initiatives. Communicate clearly at all levels in the organization.
• Conduct multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypotheses and bash all the myths

Job Responsibilities:

• You will build new features across everything from the backend logic to UI components.
• Working on back-end web development using core PHP/ Laravel framework. 
• You have a good understanding of backend and database technologies. This means that you are comfortable owning and working on a feature end-to-end on both its frontend and backend parts.
• Working on database management and operations using MySQL
• Explore new technologies, new platforms, API integration and development, database development, etc. to help the company build desired product 
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and highly testable code
• Solid understanding of software development best practices

• Responsible for the product engineering road map, quality assurance, and various services organizations.
• Responsible for delivering high-quality software products, on time and within budget.
• Work with the CTO, Directors, PM, and Business to develop a long-term product plan, products and manage the release planning cycles for all products
• Responsible for managing the staffing requirements and skillsets for the Customer Interaction Team, assuring that sub-teams are staffed with sufficient skilled resources and meeting product deliverables.
• Responsible for developing and managing a skills escalation and career trajectory path for the product engineering organization.
• Responsible for implementing tools and processes to optimize product engineering throughput and quality.
• Ensuring that key milestones are met and that solutions delivered are of the highest quality possible
• Delivery on project timelines emphasis key deliverables
• Ensure legacy application platform and a stable production environment.
• Ensure controlled releases to production, with amongst other measures, stringent code reviews from standards and performance perspectives. Use metrics to demonstrate success.

• Understand all products with their interrelationships and collective relevance to business and ensure appropriate availability and stability to the Business.

Experience & Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills, fluent English - Communicates effectively in all situations and creates an environment of open and effective communication.
• Strong decision-making skills, metric-driven operations, and ability to motivate and maximize productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of various Development practices and programming languages
• Ability to work with multiple levels in the organization with key business holders
• Preferred if has past experience around Customer Account Mgmt System.
• Preferred if worked Supply - Chain Model.Specifically around Demand and different dimension of demand generation and management
• Excellent with Tech Stack like Java
• Should have awareness of best practices for Software development
• Should be keen on delivering a top-notch product.
• 9-15 years of software development experience, with managerial capacity

• Prototype, design, implement, unit test, and maintain Windows-based software applications
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop medical device software
• Work with multi-discipline teams on new product introduction project while adhering to software development and source control processes
• Document software, write technical specifications for interfaces and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with no less than 9+ years of experience
• Experience designing and developing C++ based solutions and experience with any user interface development (MFC)
• Expert in Unit Testing, OOA/OOD development methodologies, and design principles
• Experience in Agile development processes and philosophies
• History of timely delivery while ensuring a quality focus
• Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment where continuous improvement is a way of life
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction.

Nice to Have

• Experience in medical device design & development is a plus
• Experience in IVD instrumentation, such as clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, urinalysis, molecular, microbiology, or flow cytometry systems is a plus
• Understanding of software development processes for a regulated environment (ISO9000/FDA) is a plus
• Experience in software code and build management is a plus

• Looking for candidates from cable or wire marketing back ground is preferable.
• Communicate with Customer’s decision making authorities and fix appointments for sales team from data base or from other sources.
• Proactive marketing, Customer Service & Sale's support
• Sending offers/quotations/proforma invoices to the customers
• Follow-up with the customers for orders/seeking feedback on the offers quoted
• Sending dispatch details to the customers after goods are dispatched
• Arranging samples of the products to the customer as per their request
• Maintaining and updating database regularly of all the customers, samples sent, offers made
• Finding out new potential customers for  products and doing sales promotional activities such as sending brochures/product flyers through couriers and emails.
• Need to have good browsing skills and hands on MS office skills
