We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain our WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating custom themes, plugins, and optimizing website performance. You should be proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and have a strong understanding of SEO and security best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Ensure website functionality, performance, and responsiveness across devices.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and conflicts.
• Implement API integrations and third-party services.
• Integrate third-party APIs (e.g., Razorpay, SMS, Google Maps)
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to create high-quality web solutions.
• Create dynamic pages with Elementor, WP Bakery
• Manage website deployment, hosting, and security updates

Requirements:

• 1 yrs+ experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience in theme customization and plugin integration.
• Familiar with page builders like (Elementor or WP Bakery)
• Knowledge of website optimization (speed, SEO, mobile responsiveness).
• Familiarity with website hosting, domains, and SSL setup.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of cPanel, hosting, and domain management.
• Experience with Elementor
• Eye for design and attention to detail.

Job Description

• Strong hands-on experience building and managing integrations using Workato along with any (similar iPaaS platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft)
• Solid understanding of API-based integrations, data flows, and automation workflows

You will play a critical role in building and scaling high-performance iOS applications used by millions of users. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain advanced iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.

Roles and Responsibilities

Financial Controller

1. Leadership and Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior leadership on

strategic initiatives and providing financial insights

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Leading the budgeting and forecasting process to

provide accurate financial projections.

3. Cost Control: Implementing/ identify measures to control costs and improve

profitability

4. Team Management: Leading and developing a team to ensure effective

performance and goals achievement

5. Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to

mitigate them.

6. Hands on experience of fundraising from Institutional Investors and closely

monitor the due diligence process for fundraising.

7. Liaising with financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and other agencies

8. Dealing with Investment Bankers, NBFC, Rating Agencies and Govt authorities

9. Raising long term Debt and short-term funding

10. Interacting with Strategic investor, Private Equity, FIs and NBFCs

Chief Compliance Officer

11. Ensuring compliance with secretarial related matters under Companies Act 2013.

12. Liaison with Stock Exchanges, SEBI and other regulatory authorities and look

after yearly/half yearly returns, audit reports, SEBI enhanced supervision data

and other periodic compliances.

13. Handling of periodic and event-based compliances of Stock Broking, DP, Merchant

Banking, PMS and Market Making. Ensuring timely & accurate regulatory

submission to exchanges, Depositories, various PMS submission etc.

14. Review and defining processes for implementation of various circulars issued by

Exchanges, Depositories, SEBI etc.

15. Query handling in relation to regulatory area of SEBI, Exchanges & Depositories.

16. Handling regulatory & exchange inspections, if any.

17. Assist the Senior Management in overseeing the implementation of the

Compliance Policy, internal codes of conduct, prescriptions in compliance

manuals, etc.

18. Drafting of Annual Report sections relating to secretarial and legal compliances

under Companies Act.

·        Should have 5 to 6 years of work experience as a Python Developer

·        Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid)

·        Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)

·        Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)

·        Should have completed B.E/B.Tech. /MCA in any field.

• Assortment planning: Ensure we have a competitive catalog compared to other players across brands and sub-categories globally. 
• Customer Experience: Anticipate and create solutions for customer pain points. Should be able to resolve customer escalations and deliver on the expected NPS for the category. 
• Category marketing: Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly calendars  Have joint marketing plans signed off with partner brands, execute the plan in coordination with the internal team
• Operational efficiency: Work with cross-functional teams like CS, Finance, Sales to ensure a smooth functioning system and to be able to deliver on the required set of parameters measured across each function

1. 5-10 years of experience in global category roles, preferably digital categories like gift cards, perks, deals, experiences, loans, insurance, merchandise etc. 
2. Hands-on in Sales, Operations, Catalog and Category Management.
3. Strong analytical aptitude in problem-solving, multi-tasker, critical thinker, and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems.
4. Good communication and team management skills. 
5. Engineering + MBA from reputed colleges would be preferred.
