We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer who is passionate about technology and possesses, with a strong background in integrating various enterprise software systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with project management capabilities to develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain System Integrations: Design, develop, and maintain high-value system integrations to drive new customer acquisitions and ensure overall satisfaction with existing customers.
- Proof of Concept Development: Research and develop proof of concept on integrations to new platforms that align with Sales technical strategies and customer requirements.
- Technical Assistance and Expertise: Provide technical assistance and expertise to our partners and customers on integrations with Jules AI's platform, ensuring smooth deployment and operation.
- Feedback and Collaboration: Provide meaningful feedback to internal teams based on client needs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Customer Success Managers, Support Engineers, and Solutions Architects.
- Process and Documentation: Contribute to the development of processes, documentation, and tooling to ensure scalability and efficiency within the integration team.
- Reliability and Performance: Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of integrations through comprehensive testing, monitoring, and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development and integration.
- Proficiency in React JS, Typescript, GraphQL, and PostgresQL.
- Previous experience in integrating ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
