Role Overview

Provide advanced (L3) technical support for Citrix environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of virtual applications and desktops. This role involves handling complex escalations, root cause analysis, and implementing solutions for enterprise-level Citrix infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Escalation Support: Act as the highest-level escalation point for Citrix-related incidents and problems.
• Citrix Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop farms, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Provisioning Services.
• Troubleshooting & RCA: Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical issues.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and tune Citrix environments for optimal performance using tools like Citrix Director and EdgeSight.
• Patch & Upgrade Management: Plan and execute upgrades, migrations (e.g., XenApp 6.5 to 7.x), and security patches.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Integration: Collaborate with VMware/Hyper-V teams for VDI and virtualization support.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical Expertise:
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
• Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix Provisioning Services
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Tools: Citrix Director, EdgeSight, Citrix Studio
• Certifications: Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V) or Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V) preferred; ITIL Foundation a plus.
• Scripting: Strong PowerShell skills for automation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and ability to work in global teams.

Office working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Requirements:

• Develop a strong understanding of the study abroad industry to tailor content effectively.
• Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality productions with seamless transitions and captivating visual effects.
• Trim and arrange clips to craft a coherent and engaging narrative.
• Enhance video quality through advanced color correction and grading, precise sound editing, and the integration of royalty-free or custom background music to elevate viewer engagement. Proficient in trimming and sequencing footage, adding motion graphics, subtitles, and transitions, and ensuring overall visual consistency.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in video editing to bring innovative ideas to each project.
• Capable of optimizing videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) while maintaining brand aesthetics and storytelling coherence.
• Design visually appealing thumbnails to complement video content.

Key Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience in React-Native based app development is a must.
• Must have published at least 1 major React-Native app
• 2+ years of experience in building consumer facing Mobile Applications in React or

React Native (Layouts, animations, etc.)

• Strong UX/UI design exposure and experience in making apps work intuitively and with pixel perfect interfaces.
• Good understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns
• Strong focus on app performance
• Sound knowledge of any type of mobile app development Native(android) or Hybrid.
• Good Experience of working in React Native and its supporting architectures.
• Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, HTML5
• Strong working experience with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
• Ability to quickly learn React Native with Redux.
• Ability to write clean code.
• Familiarity with version control management system (e.g. git)
• Knowledge of Scrum development and DevOps

• Good time management, interpersonal and communication skills, team player.

Roles/Responsibilities: 

• Work on React Native on the front end to develop Android/iOS Apps.
• Write JavaScript code in React native for the app logic. Write business logic using Reducers, Actions and Redux framework.
• Create Android/iOS specific UI for Mobile apps.
• Integrate with Native plugins or custom written plugins for specific platforms.
• Write Modular, organized and robust code.
• Write Unit tests for your code.
