WebEngage deals with humongous data volumes. The platform ingests 4 billion data points on a daily basis and sends out more than a billion hyper-personalized communications across 10 communication channels. The scale keeps engineering challenging and exciting at the same time. We are looking for talented engineers with strong foundations who can learn and pick up new tools on the fly. You would be working with the latest technologies to build new features, improve performance and reliability of existing features, and improve our development processes as we scale. Product engineering team works in functional pods. You will be working on building certain aspects of the product. For executing the product vision, you will work closely with other developers, QA, product engineers, and customer support team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the facility management and housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Review and manage admin-related reports and checklists for accuracy and completion.
- Oversee and ensure effective administrative functions within the assigned department, such as analysis, reconciliation, reports & presentations preparation, budget and purchasing research, and account monitoring.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including processing invoices, preparing checks, and reconciling statements.
- Assist in preparing budgets by coordinating and compiling data, researching past expenditures, and making projections for the following year.
- Manage databases and other information systems to ensure data is updated and accessible.
- Coordinate and support various administrative projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor management, and negotiations, to ensure efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Oversee and maintain contracts with related vendors and purchase supplies and equipment as authorized.
- Monitor fixed assets and equipment, maintaining records for all IT and non-IT equipment.
- Record disbursement of petty cash, perform timely replenishment of funds, and conduct monthly reconciliations of the account.
Requirements:
- Bachelorʼs degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & G Suite is a must
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills
