Job Title: Java Developer (Low Latency)

Location: Bangalore 

Experience: 7 to 11 Years

Work Location: Cessna Business Park, Wissen office, Bangalore

Work from office in a Hybrid mode (Thrice a week)

Notice Period: Immediate candidates who could join us within 30 days. (Should be serving Notice period - Mandatory)

Required Skills: 

8+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java (8 or above).

Strong experience in low latency system development and performance tuning.

Proficiency in multithreading, concurrency, and memory management (GC tuning).

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) and distributed systems.

Familiarity with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and Spring Boot.

Experience in trading or risk systems is required.

Exposure to FX or equity trading applications would be a big plus.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Core Java (J2SE) and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful services and API design is a must.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture is a must.
• Knowledge of design patterns is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Exception handling and logging mechanism is a must.
• Agile scrum participation experience. Work experience with several agile teams on an application built with microservices and event-based architectures to be deployed in hybrid (on-prem/cloud) environments.
• Good knowledge of Spring framework (MVC, Cloud, Data and Security. Etc) and ORM framework like JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience in managing the Source Code Base through Version Control tools like SVN, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.

• Strong Java programming skills
• Minimum of 5 years practical software development experience
• Robust object-oriented design pattern knowledge and implementation experience using Java;
• Python a plus
• Advanced knowledge and experience developing and working with relational databases such as
• Sybase and MySQL
• Experience with multi-tier application architecture and high performance distributed and in-
• memory caching solutions
• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques
• Strong foundation in SDLC best practices including test driven development, unit testing
• discipline, agile development, and CI/CD strategies

• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Qualifications

• Should  have years of experience in developing and supporting Java/J2EE based application
• Should provide consultation on new development, enhancements, bug fixes and deployment and involve in complete product life cycle
• Should undertake any development/coding activities that might require during project life cycle
• Should have good core java concept like Collection, Multi-Threading JDBC File handling etc.
• Should have experience in Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate
• Should have experience in Web service testing tool like SOAP UI, PostMan
• Should have working experience with database like Oracle, MSSQL Server, MySQL
• Should have enriched experience in client interfacing
• Should have good communication skills
