Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead to design, build, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The role includes hands-on development, technical leadership, support issue resolution, and mentoring junior developers in an Agile delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Online solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

- Build and maintain plugins, workflows, business process flows, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse customizations.

- Develop integrations using Azure Functions, Web API, REST APIs, JavaScript, C#/.NET, and SQL.

- Configure Dataverse security roles, data models, forms, views, business rules, and solution components.

- Use Azure DevOps for work tracking, source control, build/release processes, and delivery coordination.

- Troubleshoot CRM support issues, coordinate timely closure, and identify recurring problems for long-term fixes or cost optimization.

- Review code, guide junior developers, and ensure solutions follow agreed architecture, quality, and security standards.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, estimation, sprint planning, and delivery reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience, or equivalent practical expertise, in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development.

- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE Online, Dataverse, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, C#/.NET, SQL, Web API, REST APIs, and Azure Functions.

- Experience with JavaScript-based CRM customizations and CRUD operations through Web API calls.

Job Description:

1. Application Development: 

∙ Design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and MS SQL. 

∙ Implement user interfaces with React and modern JavaScript to create intuitive user experiences. 

∙ Apply a solution-oriented approach to translate business requirements into clean, reliable code. 

2. Database Management: 

∙ Write, review, and optimize SQL queries for data-heavy operations with a focus on performance and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate Requirements: 

∙ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 

∙ 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using any of the following: C#, ASP.NET, React, JavaScript, SQL

·        Proven record of handling the development right from Requirement Gathering to implementation and Support.

·        Managing the delivery and leading the team through all stages of the Development.

·        Exposure to Deployment, maintenance and support.

Problem solving and troubleshooting.

.Net Full stack/Backend 

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and test new features (frontend and backend), while maintaining and improving existing product line, with main focus on performance, scalability and usability aspects.
• Building application using of Microsoft Technologies stack (ASP.Net, .Net Core, WEB API)
• Hands on experience in leading micro front end applications and enterprise scale projects involving integrations to different touch points
• Apply coding/implementation best practices to produce elegant, high quality and reusable code.
• Collaborate with other developers and UX designers to improve look and usability.
• Implement Proof of Concept to validate concepts or new technology/features prior to product implementation.
• Implement and follow security best practices for web applications.
• Monitor and evaluate new technologies and their evolution in order to keep our products/technologies up-to-date and our team continuous improvement.
• Write good quality design and specification documents, in Confluence.
• Regularly archive source code and assets into source code repository. Perform code review of other team members and provide feedback/guidance.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Technologies stack (ASP.Net, MVC, WEB API) having web development and UI development experience (frontend and backend).
• Proficient understanding of Single Page Application architecture and frameworks
• Must have exposure to any Relational DB (MSSQL, MYSQL).
• Strong understanding of data structure, SOLID Principles and problem solving skills.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns for Real world problems.
• Conceptual knowledge of multi-threaded programming and performance monitoring tools.
