Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Programme Counsellor to join our EdTech team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards suitable professional training programs. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in B2C education sales within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel working professionals and students on career-oriented programs and professional certifications
• Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person counselling sessions at the Dubai office
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs based on career aspirations
• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets through consultative sales
• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems
• Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams for smooth student onboarding
• Address learner queries related to course content, schedules, fees, and certifications
• Build long-term relationships with students to ensure high conversion and retention rates
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and program updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience as a Programme Counsellor / Academic Counsellor / Education Sales Executive
• Prior experience in EdTech or training institutes is mandatory
• Strong exposure to UAE/GCC education market will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

• Experience in selling professional courses, certification programs, or executive education
• Familiarity with Dubai working professionals and student demographics
